【正文】 源管理對于組織生存與長遠發(fā)展所具備的重要性都已經(jīng)有了明確的認識，對于加強組織本身人力資源管理水平的需求已經(jīng)產(chǎn)生。 人力資源管理軟件的市場是非常大的，據(jù)國家工商行政管理局統(tǒng)計，中國注冊企業(yè)有近1， 000萬家，這些都是潛在的市場。而國外軟件開發(fā)商則很難將產(chǎn)品與中國國情相結(jié)合，使得產(chǎn)品無法真正為廣大中國企業(yè)所受用。 2． 2 結(jié)構(gòu)化生命周期法簡介 結(jié)構(gòu)化生命周期法是一種傳統(tǒng)的管理信息系統(tǒng)開發(fā)方法，其基本思想是把整個系統(tǒng)開發(fā)過程分成若干個階段，每個階段進行若干活動，每項活動應(yīng)用一系列標準、規(guī)范、方法和技術(shù)，完成一個 或多個任務(wù)，形成符合給定規(guī)范的產(chǎn)品。 通常采用原型 法需以下四個階段： （一）明確用戶的基本要求 （二）研制系統(tǒng)的原型 （三）使用、評價系統(tǒng)原型 （四）修改和完善原型 2． 4 本系統(tǒng)開發(fā)方法的選擇及開發(fā)工具簡介 基于以上開發(fā)方法的優(yōu)劣和本系統(tǒng)的實際情況，本系統(tǒng)總體上采用結(jié)構(gòu)化生命周期法進行系統(tǒng)規(guī)則、系統(tǒng)分析和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計，但在系統(tǒng)實施階段采用原型法。 作為數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)， Visual Basic 是一個非常理想選擇。 總的來說， Visual Basic 具有以下特點： 可視化編程： 用傳統(tǒng)程序設(shè)計語言設(shè)計程序時，都是通過編寫程序代碼來設(shè)計用戶界面，在設(shè)計過程中看不到界面的實際顯示效果，必須編譯后運行程序才能觀察。只需要按設(shè)計要求的屏幕布局，用系 統(tǒng)提供的工具，在屏幕上畫出各種“部件”，即圖形對象，并設(shè)置這些圖形對象的屬性。在設(shè)計對象時，不必編寫建立和描述每個對象的程序代碼，而是用工具畫在界面上， Visual Basic 自動生成對象的程序代碼并封裝起來。 Visual Basic 是解釋型語言，在輸入代碼的同時，解釋系統(tǒng)將高級語言分解翻譯成計算機可以識別的機器指令，并判斷每個語句的語法錯誤。例如，命令按鈕是一個對象，當用戶單擊該按鈕時，將產(chǎn)生一 個“單擊 ”(CLICK)事件，而在產(chǎn)生該事件時將執(zhí)行一段程序，用來實現(xiàn)指定的操作。同時， Visual Basic 還能直接編輯和訪問其他外部數(shù)據(jù)庫，如 dBASE，F(xiàn)oxPro， Paradox 等，這些數(shù)據(jù)庫格式都可以用 Visual Basic 編輯和處理。當原始數(shù)據(jù)變化時，可以自動更新鏈接的數(shù)據(jù)。利用 OLE 技術(shù)，可以方便地建立復合式文檔 (pound document)，這種文檔由來自 多個不同應(yīng)用程序的對象組成，文檔中的每個對象都與原來的應(yīng)用程序相聯(lián)系，并可執(zhí)行與原來應(yīng)用程序完全相同的操作。具體內(nèi)容包括：管理業(yè)務(wù)狀況的調(diào)查分析、數(shù)據(jù)流程的調(diào)查分析。 數(shù)據(jù)流圖 數(shù)據(jù)流圖（ Data Flow Diagram），是描述系統(tǒng)邏輯模型的主要工具之一，它是在對 系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程圖進行分析的基礎(chǔ)上用少數(shù)幾種符號綜合地反映出信息在系統(tǒng)中的流動、存儲和處理等情況，并能將信息處理功能和彼此之間的聯(lián)系，自上而下，逐層分解，從邏輯上精確地描述出系統(tǒng)應(yīng)具有的數(shù)據(jù)加工功能、數(shù)據(jù)輸入輸出、數(shù)據(jù)存儲、數(shù)據(jù)來源和去向等項目。 員工基本信息查看 : 人事資料的輸出 基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理 部門設(shè)置：隸屬部門信息 企業(yè)信息：公司信息 常用基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù) 性別、政治面貌、民族、學歷、技能等 系統(tǒng)維護功能 用戶管理：包括新增用戶、刪除用戶、修改用戶密碼等。同時也是一種相對穩(wěn)定統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)模式，一般情況下很少變動。用實體間聯(lián)系反映現(xiàn)實世界事物間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。 為了減少數(shù)據(jù)冗余度，將職稱實體、部門實體、職務(wù)實體、薪水帳目實體放在同一個表里，以一個類型字段加以區(qū)分。 第五章 詳細設(shè)計 根據(jù)系統(tǒng)分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的結(jié)果，采用 VB 作為開發(fā)工具，實現(xiàn)公司人力資源管理各模塊的功能。 屏幕格式設(shè)計 系統(tǒng)主界面 人力資源管理模塊的實現(xiàn) 人事檔案信息輸入 功能說明 完成企業(yè)人事檔案的建立，包含企業(yè)信息設(shè)置 ,部門信息設(shè)置 ,以及基本數(shù)據(jù)管理 . 屏幕格式說明 公司信息設(shè)置界面 部門信息設(shè)置 .完成部門信息的添加 ,刪除 ,保存等管理 基本數(shù)據(jù)管理 員工基本信息維護 功能說明 包括修改、為了便于中途員工資料修改，本軟件特設(shè)此一欄。 為了防止系統(tǒng)崩潰或者磁盤損壞帶來不必要的數(shù)據(jù)丟失，請每天進行數(shù)據(jù)處理后都進行一次數(shù)據(jù)備份。實現(xiàn)了人力資源管理、人力資源管理、維護、報表生成等功能，給公司人力資源管理帶來很多方便，在界面上立求做到美觀、在操作方面盡量做到滿足用戶使用習慣。 今后設(shè)想：繼續(xù)完善此系統(tǒng)，把該有的功能盡量實現(xiàn)，使系統(tǒng)真正能為公司服務(wù)，在人事短信上下功夫，強大其功能。 再次感謝所有給予了我?guī)椭睦蠋?、朋友們? 考文獻 [1] 張春林 .VB 6程序設(shè)計導學》 . 清華大學出版社 . I expected to shoot a t any minute and I wanted to slow up enough so my heart would not be pounding. In shooting large animals there is no reason ever to miss if you have a clear shot and can shoot and know where to shoot, unless you are unstea dy from a run or a climb or fog your glasses, brea k them or run out of cloth or paper to wipe them clean. The glasses were the biggest hazard and I used to carry four handkerchiefs and change them from the left to the right pocket when they were cam e up to the yellow blossomed tree very carefully, like people walking up to a bevy of quail the dogs have pointed, and the rhino wa s not in sight. We went all through the edge of the forest and it was full of tracks and fresh rhino sign, but there was no rhino. The sun was setting and it was getting too dar k to shoot, but we followed the forest around the side of the mountain, hoping to see a rhino in the open glades. When it was almost too dark to shoot, I saw Droopy stop and crouch. With his head dow n he motioned us forward. Crawling up, we saw a large rhino and a small one standing chest deep in brush, facing us across a little valley.39。t shoot her. Let me look at her horn.39。 . asked.39。39。 I whispered.39。Wonder what became of the bull?39。The rhinos had turned and were feeding. They never seemed to move slow ly. They either bustled or stood still.39。 Pop answered.
