It is required to define the names of customers and product, and ining date and so on when keeping. 技術(shù)工程部接到相關(guān)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)資料后，應(yīng)組織力量及時(shí)將顧客提供的資料進(jìn)行消化，并進(jìn)行技術(shù)、工藝論證。 The name list of cooperation project team will be submitted to GM for approval. 召開橫向協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目小組會(huì)議，會(huì)議內(nèi)容如下： The meeting of cooperation project team will be held, the details is as following, a) 確定組長(zhǎng)； The leader of the team will be confirmed. b) 確定小組成員的作用和職責(zé)； To confirm the roles and responsibility of the team members c) 確定顧客（內(nèi)、外部）； To confirm the customers ( interior and exterior ) d) 確定顧客的要求； To confirm the requirements from customers e) 理解顧客的期望； To understand the expectation from customers f) 確定項(xiàng)目成本、進(jìn)度和限制的條件； To confirm the cost of project, timing and limited conditions g) 確定需要來(lái)自顧客方面的幫助； To confirm what kind help we need from customers h) 對(duì)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)、性能要求和制造過(guò)程進(jìn)行可行性評(píng)估。 After project team finishes the above activities, the project manager will pile the New Product APQP Plan which includes the projects/tasks, responsible department, members, starting time and due time and so on. Projects/tasks in the New Production APQP plan for the same type but different specification can be properly reduced based on the requirement. Production confirmation test is raised by the coordination team, and is implemented by quality and manufacture departments after being approved of by project manager.
