【正文】 cator Liability B. 教育工作者的轉(zhuǎn)承法律責(zé)任 Vicarious Educator Liability 法團(tuán)校董會學(xué)校之教育工作者作出的錯誤的教育指引、就業(yè)指導(dǎo)、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、輔導(dǎo)、入學(xué)及收生程序、退學(xué)的程序、參加課外活動、學(xué)校巴士及其他交通工具的安排或所有有關(guān)的意見而令到法團(tuán)校董會或校董負(fù)上之轉(zhuǎn)承法律責(zé)任 Any wrongful educational instructions, career guidance, class content, guidance counseling, student enrolment, admittance procedures, expulsion procedures, participation in any extracurricular program, busing and other transport practices, or any advice in connection with any of the above, mitted by natural persons acted for and on behalf of the IMC School for which the Insured is held vicariously liable. 17 承保範(fàn)圍 Insurance Coverage 教育工作者的轉(zhuǎn)承法律責(zé)任 Vicarious Educator Liability ?
