【正文】 用電安全技術(shù)規(guī)程(JGJ4688)Safety and Technical Regulation of Power Supply Usage on Construction Site (JGJ4688)第二章 工程概況Chapter Two: General Situation General Situation of the Project本工程地處上海某化工園區(qū)內(nèi),由上海某石化有限公司投資興建的上海乙烯裂解裝置工程。樓地面設(shè)計做法:設(shè)計主要有防滑地磚樓地面、耐磨砼樓面。頂棚設(shè)計做法：主要有涂料頂棚、石膏板吊頂。Geological Situation: This project’s geological structure is arranged as: first layer is dredger fill, second layer is sandy silt, third layer is silty clay, fourth layer is clay and fifth layer is clay. In general, there is one layer of mixed fill with loose construction and plicated position in the ground. 基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計:采用樁承臺基礎(chǔ)，樁基采用混凝土預(yù)制樁，基礎(chǔ)為獨立基礎(chǔ)、條形基礎(chǔ)、平臺基礎(chǔ)、設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)，基礎(chǔ)砼等級C30。This project has large quantities of chemical equipment foundation, and requires a close cooperative and coordinated relation between the civil works and industrial equipment installation, where these two ones will be influenced and restricted with each other in construction procedures. During the construction, lots of embedded parts used for equipment installation to be prepared and its requirements of accuracy is higher. ，因此現(xiàn)場施工必須嚴(yán)格遵守業(yè)主方的管理方式進行管理。這需要業(yè)主、設(shè)計單位、設(shè)備供應(yīng)商、各專業(yè)施工單位協(xié)作提前解決圖紙技術(shù)問題，方可保證整個工程施工的順利進行。To ensure the quality of unit work achieve “You Liang” (excellent) degree.3．3工期目標(biāo) Scheduled Construction Period確保工程總工期目標(biāo)：595個日歷天。The site “housekeeping” for this project will meet the high standard of “housekeeping” of Shanghai Municipality. Attention should be paid for the environment protection on site.第四章 施工部署Chapter Four: Construction Arrangement Establishment of Organization Mechanism我局將本工程列為“窗口工程”，以優(yōu)秀的項目經(jīng)理而成立的項目經(jīng)理部，選派先優(yōu)秀的項目管理人員進駐現(xiàn)場,按項目法進行項目施工。Earthworks: Two excavators to be used for excavation, two construction methods like single pit excavation and strip excavation to be adopted.鋼筋工程：豎向粗鋼筋主要采用電渣壓力焊連接方式；水平方向粗鋼筋主要采用閃光對焊連接方式。Form works: The posite metal forms to be applied for the foundation。According to the characteristics of the whole works, this project is divided into three construction stages. Site Preparation，在施工管理區(qū)搭設(shè)現(xiàn)場管理人員和工人的辦公用房，在辦公用房內(nèi)安排活動休息用房。The site preparation shall be made and pleted within 10 days after the mencement of the works.第六章 施工總平面布置Chapter Six: Construction General Plan Layout General Plan Layout施工總平面布置遵照結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)濟合理、滿足施工要求、符合工程所在地市政、環(huán)保要求的原則，營造良好的生產(chǎn)工作環(huán)境，同時考慮配合設(shè)備安裝等其它專業(yè)施工進行平面布置。According to the design drawing, the ground to be paved with 300mm crushed stone in the future, while for the construction road, it to be made with 300mm crushed stone beside the foundation cap.
