【正文】 2 2緊定蓋 2螺釘9 M100X3 底座 2底座固定板 方案三：圖 3— 3 工作原理： 該方案主要由液壓 裝置 深溝球軸承 軸承蓋 內(nèi)壓蓋 推盤 外壓蓋 向心推力軸承 推力軸承箱 連桿 卡爪 回轉(zhuǎn)支撐筒 1浮動卡爪 1卡爪支座 1底座 1螺栓 1底座壓板 16 等組成，中心架設(shè)有三個(gè)液壓缸，三個(gè)卡爪，兩個(gè)深溝球軸承，與底座 14 連接的是深溝球軸承 2 和液壓裝置 1，深溝球軸承安裝在回轉(zhuǎn)支撐筒 11 的兩端，軸承上是軸承蓋 3，卡爪支座 13 安裝在旋轉(zhuǎn)支撐筒上，卡爪 10 以卡爪支座為支點(diǎn)安裝在卡爪支座上，卡爪一端與浮動爪頭 12 連接，另一端與連桿 9 連接，連桿的令一端與推力軸承箱 7 連接，推力軸承箱中裝有向 心推力軸承 7，推盤 5 的一頭裝在推力軸承箱中貼住向心推力軸承的一端，用內(nèi)壓蓋 4 和外壓蓋 6固定推盤和推力軸承箱的相對位置。 方案分析 ： 這套方案主要用到了滾動軸承，雖然達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)目的， 可以旋轉(zhuǎn)，但是仔細(xì)分析一下，這套方案由于使用的軸承較多，裝配麻煩，而且卡爪與工件之間存在相對的運(yùn)動，對工件表面還是有一定的影響的。 方案分析 ： 這套方案設(shè)計(jì)原理比較簡單，也沒有用到液壓缸之類的零部件，所用零件都是簡單實(shí)用的，而且裝配方便，制造成本低，同樣比傳統(tǒng)中心架安全可靠，況且對工件表面幾乎沒有影響。其他零件可根據(jù)中心架使用的機(jī)床不同，設(shè)計(jì)其結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸。 材料的選擇 1）對軸承材料性能的要求 ○ 1 摩擦相容性 指軸承材料與軸頸接觸時(shí)防止放生粘附的性能 ○ 2 減摩性 減摩性能好是指接觸表面的摩擦因素小 ○ 3 順應(yīng)性 順應(yīng)性是指材料產(chǎn)生彈性形變和塑性變形以補(bǔ)償對中誤差及適應(yīng)軸頸產(chǎn)生的幾何誤差能力 ○ 4 嵌入性 嵌入性是指材料嵌藏污物和外來微粒，防止刮傷軸頸的能力 ○ 5 磨合 性 指新制造，裝配的軸承能在短時(shí)間跑合后，消除摩擦表面的不平度，從而使軸瓦和軸頸表面相互吻合的性能 ○ 6 耐磨性 耐磨性高是指材料抗磨損和抗膠合的能力高 ○ 7 導(dǎo)熱性 指材料的散熱能力，散熱能力強(qiáng)的材料，可以降低軸承的工作溫度，以保證潤滑劑的正常工作 ○ 8 抗膠合性 指軸瓦與軸頸材料抵抗膠合的能力，若軸承與軸頸的材料相同，則易發(fā)生膠合現(xiàn)象，所以一般軸瓦與軸頸不能采用相同的材料 ○ 9 耐腐蝕性 指軸承材料抵抗腐蝕的能力，潤滑劑與添加劑中常含有酸性物質(zhì)，這些物質(zhì)極易對軸承與軸頸造成腐蝕 ○10 抗疲勞性 指軸承在循環(huán)變載荷的作用下，抵抗疲勞破壞的能力 2）材料的選擇 根據(jù)以上要求，可滿足的材料比較多，本著節(jié)約成本的原則，在保證使用要求的情況下，可以考慮選用： ZCuPb30 或者 ALSn20Cu 為材料制作軸承，因?yàn)檫@兩種材料的性能比較好，而且價(jià)格不算高，整體性價(jià)比高?？偳邢髁?F（切削部分總切削合力）又可分為與切削速度方向一致的切削力 Fc，進(jìn)給力 Ff和徑向力 Fp，而切削力 Fc 是切削分力最大的力，與總切削力 F 很接近，一般為總切削力 F 的 85%—— 89%，所以在一般情況下，都是以切削力 Fc來代替總切削力，為了方便計(jì)算切削力 Fc，常用工件材料的切削層單位面積切削力來計(jì)算。 取最大值計(jì)算，所以 Ad=ap f=5 = 已知切削層公稱橫截面積 Ad 和工作材料的單 位面積切削力 Kc，求切削力Fc，用下式： Fc=Ad Kc 關(guān)于切削層單位面積切削力 Kc，這也需要查閱相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)表，我在查閱了《常用金屬材料的單位切削力》之后，發(fā)現(xiàn)由于材料的不同， Kc 的值是不一樣的，鋼的 Kc 值在 1668—— 2649，故我們?nèi)≈?2700 代入計(jì)算： Fc=Ad Kc= 2700=6750（ N） 這是在各值取最大的情況下所計(jì)算出來的切削力，所以每個(gè)支撐桿上面所受的切削力最大為 1700N。故設(shè)計(jì)合理。=（ N） 因?yàn)槊總€(gè)支撐架受到的切削力為 1700N， 1700，所以選擇M20 的螺栓作為支撐架的固定機(jī)構(gòu)完全合理。在這些都裝配好之后，可以先人工轉(zhuǎn)動中心架運(yùn)動，在確認(rèn)整個(gè)設(shè)備可以正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)方可投入使用 。經(jīng)過幾周的奮戰(zhàn)我的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)終于完成了。自己要 學(xué)習(xí) 的東西還太多，以前老是覺得自己 什么 東西都會， 什么 東西都懂，有點(diǎn)眼高手低。最后終于做完了有種如釋重負(fù)的感覺。在整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)中我懂得了許多東西，也培養(yǎng)了我獨(dú)立工作的能力，樹立了對自己工作能力的信心，相信會對今后的學(xué)習(xí)工作生活有非常重要的影響。 做完畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)，我感覺自己以前有些想法很不成熟，覺得大學(xué)生活就是整天混日子，現(xiàn)在看來，當(dāng)時(shí)有這種想法是多么的幼稚，大學(xué)是一個(gè)很大的舞臺，讓我們盡情的展示自己，培養(yǎng)我們的獨(dú)立自主的能力，培養(yǎng)我們與人溝通 的能力，為我們將來走上社會奠定基礎(chǔ)，大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)，需要我們嚴(yán)于律己，不荒廢時(shí)間，把每一天都利用起來，這樣，你將發(fā)現(xiàn)你的大學(xué)生活是多么的豐富多彩。李老師對待工作十分負(fù)責(zé)，在最初的時(shí)候就讓我們收集相關(guān)資料，以備將來使用，到了畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)間，李老師每隔幾天就會與我們聯(lián)系一次，看看我們做的方案，每次都分析的很仔細(xì)，而且每次都提出很多很有建設(shè)性的意見，對我們做畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)過程中起了很大的作用。t agree with the disciplinary action your employer has taken against you your employer dismisses you and you think that you have been dismissed unfairly.
