【正文】 用到各自的專業(yè)和生活中去。在安排實(shí)施方案時要安排更多的時間讓學(xué)生進(jìn)行練習(xí)，計(jì)算機(jī)的基本操作必須有充分的上機(jī)實(shí)踐時間，只有這樣才能達(dá)到熟能生巧。每一個模塊必須在規(guī)定的課時內(nèi)完成相應(yīng)教學(xué)內(nèi)容，然后進(jìn)行該模塊內(nèi)容的考核。到 2020 年新生入學(xué)，在全院學(xué)生中推廣使用 Windows 7 環(huán)境。 上海市計(jì)算機(jī)基礎(chǔ)的改革 上海市高等學(xué)校計(jì)算機(jī)等級考試委員會修改更新了計(jì)算機(jī)等級考試（一級）考試大綱，升級了軟件版本： Windows 7 中文版、 Office 2020 中文版、 Photoshop CS4 中文版、 Flash CS4 中文版、 Dreamweaver CS4 中文版、 GoldWave 中文版等。 【本項(xiàng)目的研究或建設(shè)意義、目的及預(yù)期成果】 一、 根據(jù)考試大綱修訂教學(xué)計(jì)劃 上海市副市長提出了計(jì)算機(jī)的教育內(nèi)容要改革，要以改促教。培養(yǎng)出面向生產(chǎn)、管理、服務(wù)第一線的應(yīng) 用型高級技術(shù)人才是當(dāng)前職業(yè)類高校教育的首要目標(biāo)。 【國內(nèi)外及我校的教育教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀】 隨著信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展，計(jì)算機(jī)已滲透到社會的各個角落，廣泛應(yīng)用于工作、學(xué)習(xí)、生活的各個方面，掌握和熟練應(yīng)用計(jì)算機(jī)的能力已成為素質(zhì)教育的一個重要方面。 “計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)”作為我院在校生的公共基礎(chǔ)課程，獲得全國、上海計(jì)算機(jī)等級考試證書是當(dāng)今高職學(xué)生的必備條件，本著“教育為考級服務(wù)，考級為 就業(yè)服務(wù)”的宗旨，在平常的教學(xué)過程中，將課程按照等級考試中的內(nèi)容分成 各大模塊進(jìn)行教學(xué)，以等級考試推動課程教學(xué)。該項(xiàng)考試旨在規(guī)范和加強(qiáng)上海高校的計(jì)算機(jī)基礎(chǔ)教學(xué)工作，提高學(xué)生的計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用能力。 計(jì)劃將 2020 年作為過渡年，在 2020 級新生中，選取三分之一的學(xué)生開始使用 Windows 7 環(huán)境進(jìn)行教學(xué) 、 考試；其他學(xué) 生仍使用Windows XP 環(huán)境。開展計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)課程的模塊化教學(xué)，將計(jì)算機(jī)基礎(chǔ)課程劃分成 八 個模塊： 計(jì)算機(jī)與網(wǎng)絡(luò) 基礎(chǔ)知識模塊、 windows 操作系統(tǒng)模塊、 文檔編輯模塊、電子表格模塊、演講稿模塊、圖像處理模塊、動畫制作模塊、 網(wǎng)頁制作模塊。 二、根據(jù)考試內(nèi)容完善各模塊 “計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)”是公共基礎(chǔ)課，也是各專業(yè)學(xué)生必須掌握的計(jì)算機(jī)基本操作，在明確技能培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)前提下，把密切相關(guān)的理論和實(shí)際操作知識有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來，將每個大模塊分成若干個小模塊，而每個小模塊又分 成若干個學(xué)習(xí)單元或課題，從而使計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)教學(xué)形成一個積木組合式的教學(xué)模式，對照教材編寫各模塊課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，實(shí)施方案。同時我們將所有步驟整理、制作成模塊課件，以備學(xué)生考前自主學(xué)習(xí)、訓(xùn)練時使用。 隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展和新技術(shù)、新成果的不斷涌現(xiàn)，為了適應(yīng)上海市教委關(guān)于計(jì)算機(jī)基礎(chǔ)課程的教學(xué)改革要求 ， 我校的計(jì)算機(jī)基礎(chǔ)教學(xué)體系在結(jié)構(gòu)上 還 需要不斷的 補(bǔ)充和 完善 。同時加強(qiáng)機(jī)房的管理，保證機(jī)器及網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)行。 4). 教材建設(shè) 現(xiàn)在 教學(xué) 使用的教材是自編教材：科學(xué)出版社出版的《計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)教程》、《計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)教程實(shí)訓(xùn)指導(dǎo)書》，這兩本教材還是基于 Windows XP 環(huán)境，現(xiàn)在教學(xué)、考試環(huán)境要升級，教材需要改版，操作系統(tǒng)由 Windows XP 改版為 Windows 7；辦公軟件由 Office 2020 改版為 Office 2020；多媒體 Flash 和 PhotoShop 由CS2 版 改為 CS4 版 ；網(wǎng)頁制作 Dreamweaver8 改版為 Dreamweaver CS4。在每年的上海市計(jì)算機(jī)一級考試之后， 將客觀題分配給參與課題 研究的各位 教師 ， 進(jìn)行整理、分類匯總，進(jìn)行題庫的擴(kuò)充更新；同時還要完成大量用戶信息的更新。將 2020 年上海一級考試部分真題錄制成視頻，上傳到網(wǎng)站中，學(xué)生可以通過在線課堂 中的教學(xué)視頻，在傳統(tǒng)課堂教學(xué)之外，繼續(xù)進(jìn)行課程內(nèi)容的 拓展學(xué)習(xí)，一級真題的學(xué)習(xí)；學(xué)生通過精品課程網(wǎng)站，可以下載歷年的真題和各種學(xué)習(xí)資料，不斷地 鞏固知識， 加強(qiáng)練習(xí)，努力 提高考證通過率。 第二階段（ —— ）： 進(jìn)行 Windows 7桌面環(huán)境應(yīng)用的師資培訓(xùn)；對計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)課程內(nèi)容進(jìn)行研討，征求相關(guān)專家和教師的意見，開展具體課程的籌備工作，確定教材的提綱、確定配套實(shí)驗(yàn)指導(dǎo)書的實(shí)驗(yàn)內(nèi)容， 進(jìn)行新版教材的編寫。 4．預(yù)期研究或建設(shè)成果、成果表達(dá)形式及其 驗(yàn)收 指標(biāo) 1). 完成 Windows 7 桌面環(huán)境應(yīng)用的師資培訓(xùn) 2). 完成 新版 教材的編寫 3). 完成考試系統(tǒng) 的升級、題庫的 豐富 完善 4). 進(jìn)一步 加強(qiáng) 網(wǎng)站建設(shè) 和維護(hù)，充分利用精品課程網(wǎng)站輔助教學(xué)。此外，本項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)明確，任務(wù)分配合理，因此，本項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施也具備良好的基礎(chǔ)。 2). 在河北省石家莊幼兒高等師范?？茖W(xué)院（原石家莊外國語師范學(xué)校） 培訓(xùn)處任計(jì)算機(jī)教師，先后承擔(dān)了《 Delphi程序設(shè)計(jì)》、《 Pascal程序設(shè)計(jì)》、《網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)》等多門計(jì)算機(jī)類大專課程的教學(xué)。 the second part is the interpretation of the two fundamental principles of the revision of laws and regulations in the party。s leadership, to solve the masses of the people reflect a focus on the problem.
