Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB. 中華人民共和國從亞洲開發(fā)銀行（以下簡稱 “亞行 ”）得到了一筆貸款用于中國農(nóng)村能源生態(tài)建設(shè)二期項目的建設(shè)。該項目采用亞行的單階段國內(nèi)競 爭性招標方式進行采購。 3. Qualification requirements 資質(zhì)要求 : (See to Bidding Document Section III for Details 詳見招標文件第三章 ) Package 1 01 沼氣發(fā)生設(shè)施 : (1) The qualification of the Class B or above in Farming amp。 (2) Participation in at least 2 contracts within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least 3 million Yuan that have been successfully or are substantially pleted and that are similar to the proposed works. 過去 5 年內(nèi)至少成功或完全完成 2 價值不低于 300 萬元人民幣的類似性質(zhì)和復雜程度的項目 . (3) Bidders should have passed through authentication of ISO9000 quality ISO9000 系列質(zhì)量體系認證 (4) Project Manager should have Senior professional title in Rural Energy or Environmental Engineeringa and so requirement is applicable only to domestic bidders. Foreign bidders need not meet this requirement. 項目經(jīng)理應(yīng)具有農(nóng)村能源或環(huán)境工程等同類專業(yè)高級技術(shù)職稱。此要求僅適用于國內(nèi)投標人。 (5) Min. average annual turnover of million Yuan within last 3 years. 近三年最小年平均營業(yè)額不低于 3220 萬元 . 4.
