【正文】 發(fā)生設(shè)施 Package 02: Power, distribution plant 02 發(fā)電、配電設(shè)施 Package 03: Ecology farming plant 03 生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)設(shè)施 Bidders may bid for any one, more than one, or all of the three packages. Bidders wising to offer discounts in case they are awarded contract for more than one package will be allowed to do so provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid. If the Bidder submits several successful (lowest evaluated substantially responsive) bids, the evaluation will include an assessment of the Bidder’s capacity to meet the aggregated qualifying requirements in accordance with the methodology set out in Section 3: Evaluation and Qualification Criteria of the Bidding 。多個(gè)合同包的投標(biāo)人可以在投標(biāo)函中列明其為了中標(biāo)多個(gè)合同包所愿意做出的折扣。如果投標(biāo)人在多個(gè)合同包都實(shí)質(zhì)性響應(yīng)且評(píng)標(biāo)價(jià)格最低，將根據(jù)第三章列明的方法對(duì)投標(biāo)人的能力是否合格進(jìn)行綜合考慮。 3.
