【正文】 22 層為高區(qū)。 根據(jù)《 建筑 給水排水設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》 (GB500152021)第 的要求，在使用無負(fù)壓供水設(shè)備的情況下必須設(shè)置 管道 倒流防止器。在變頻恒壓變量供水當(dāng)中，變頻泵的流量是變化的，當(dāng)變頻泵是各并聯(lián)泵中最大，即可保證恒壓供水。由水泵－管道供水原理可知，調(diào)節(jié)供水流量，原則上有二種方法；一是節(jié)流調(diào)節(jié)，開大供水閥，流量上升；關(guān)小供水閥 ，流量下降。變頻器已在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)各部門廣泛使用。在設(shè)計(jì)階段可以降低對(duì)供水壓力計(jì)算準(zhǔn)確度的要求，因?yàn)殡S時(shí)可以方便地改變供水壓力。鋼筋混凝土貯水池也是常用的儲(chǔ)水裝置，其底部及內(nèi)壁應(yīng)鋪設(shè)白瓷磚 。 但存在的問題是出水壓力不夠穩(wěn)定，如果用戶集中使用時(shí)因水量過大會(huì)造成停機(jī)斷水的現(xiàn)象。衛(wèi)生：設(shè)備符合國家生活飲用水 衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 無污染：設(shè)備為全密封運(yùn)行，異物不會(huì)進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)，徹底杜絕了傳統(tǒng)水池供水方式水質(zhì)易受污染的現(xiàn)象；真空呼吸閥特殊密封結(jié)構(gòu)，滴水不漏 。此方法避免了二次污染，大大改善出水水質(zhì)，供水可靠，設(shè)備布置集中，便于維護(hù)與管理，不占用建筑上層使用面積，能源消耗較少。但變壓使氣壓給水水壓波動(dòng)較大，水泵平均效率較低，能源消耗大，最低出水嘴平均水壓大。高位水箱不 但占用樓頂大面積空間，還會(huì)增加樓梯負(fù)荷。 考慮到本建筑中間無設(shè)備層，故高區(qū)加壓給水常用的給水方式有：水泵 高位水箱、氣壓給水設(shè)備、變頻泵分區(qū)供水以及無負(fù)壓給水設(shè)備。 the total buildingup area of this high building is 44346 square meters. It contains 24 floors and the height of this building is meters. It contains water supply system, hotwater system, fire preventing system , sewerage system， and rain water system. Water supply system: The main building is divided into two sections to supply water .The low section is from the basement to the second floor and is direct supplied by civil water supply works of pipe； the high section is from the third floor to the twentysecond floor and is supplied by the pump changing frequency. Hotwater system: the same as water supply system. It is supplied by the pump changing frequency. Hot water system chooses the equipment collect setting, from below to up, and circulate in vertical pipes. Fire extinguishing system: It includes fire hydrant system and automatic spray system. The building’s hydrants are not subarea in door. It bine water tank with water pump temporary high pressure water supply system. Every hydrant sets up the button to startup the hydrant’s pump directly. The perch water tank reserve 10mins water for hydrant. Hydrant pump and pipes both are installation single. Drainage system: The domestic sewages choice two pipe systems, and the black water is collected by pipeline to outdoors. The pipeline carries off domestic sewage to septic tank for treatment, and later discharge to the civil domestic drains.
