【正文】 串級三沖量調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)。 其中，汽包鍋爐給水及水位的調(diào)節(jié)已經(jīng)完全采用自動的方式加以控制，在不需要操作人 員干預(yù)的情況下，可以很好的完成生產(chǎn)過程中的給水及水位控制，大大提高了生產(chǎn)效率。results show,PID technology,fast response,high accuracy,while false water level has good control effect. Keyword:PID。 汽包水位的控制大多采用 PID 控制方式， PID 控制器參數(shù)的整定是在獲取對象數(shù)學(xué)模型的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)某一整定規(guī)則來確定的，能進(jìn)行在線調(diào)整， 以適應(yīng)鍋爐汽包水位這樣一個復(fù)雜多變的控制系統(tǒng)。因而，對鍋爐設(shè)備中的自動控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析研究是必要的。鍋爐往往成了不少工 廠不可或缺的一部分。這些事故中大部分是由于鍋爐水位控制不當(dāng)引起的，可見鍋爐汽包水位控制在鍋爐設(shè)備控制系統(tǒng)中的重要性； 汽包水位過高 或者 過低的后果 都 非常嚴(yán)重，因此 對 汽包水位必須 進(jìn)行 嚴(yán)格控制 。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： PID 控制； MATLAB；仿真；鍋爐汽包水位 山東大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文 Title Abstract The boiler is absolutely necessary significant power plant of industry productions process such as the chemical industry,heat edible oil,generation of electrical energy,papermaking and refines sugar and so on .As a result,it is indispensable systematically to analyze research to the automatic control in the boiler installation. The boiler is the Power Plant that the whole factory,.Segment that the boiler water level control system is the most significant in the boiler production operation,if unreasonable will often cause the accident. The majority of these accidents are boiler water monitor causing improper, obviously the importance of boiler drum water level control in the Boiler device control syste water level is too high or too low,the consequences are very serious,so the water level must be tightly controlled. The traditional control mode of the drum water level mostly uses PID.PID tuning parameters to obtain the object is based on the mathematical model,based on a tuning rules to determine,online can be adjusted to suit the boiler drum level control such a plex system.
