But motor to run will always produce such as short circuit, phase lack, overvoltage, owe pressure and overload the breakdowns, to give our production the life brought the inconvenience and unnecessary economic loss. Therefore this paper main design of electric motor intellectual protection system, has great practical significance. This design main has four modules, namely: the singlechip microputer control module, relay control protection module, the data acquisition module and manmachine interactive module. The working process of the system is: the data acquisition module plete three phasecurrent measure, voltage detection, leakage current detection and short circuit testing and will receive the data transmission to the single chip microputer control system. Then singlechip microputer control module to the spread of the data processing, thus send mand control relay control protection module, make corresponding protection treatment, such as when driving in the role of circuit breaker relays. Human interaction module mainly including interface LCD module, can will be measured parameters, protection information, fault code for realtime display information at the same time use the LED lights instructions
