【正文】 ，因此，本設(shè)備的主要功能是完成柴油機(jī)機(jī)體左、右、后三個(gè)面上7個(gè)孔的加工。夾具設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)，首先確定工件的定位方案，然后選擇夾緊方案，估算夾緊力大小，選擇夾緊液壓缸的型號(hào)，最終完成夾具的零部件設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)選擇的切削用量，計(jì)算刀具的切削力、切削扭矩、切削功率等，再確定刀具的大小和型式。本說明書以設(shè)計(jì)臥式三面鉆螺紋底孔組合機(jī)床為主線，闡述了刀具的選擇和夾具設(shè)計(jì)的過程。我主要負(fù)責(zé)夾具部分的設(shè)計(jì)，總體設(shè)計(jì)由我和另外兩位同學(xué)共同完成?，F(xiàn)在該集團(tuán)迫切需要改善現(xiàn)有的生產(chǎn)條件，進(jìn)行提高生產(chǎn)率、改善產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量方面的技術(shù)改造，使產(chǎn)品的合格率上升，增加產(chǎn)量，適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的需要，提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。在組合機(jī)床方面，總體水平不高，國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不強(qiáng)，不能充分滿足國(guó)內(nèi)建設(shè)需要，關(guān)鍵技術(shù)過分依賴國(guó)外，自主發(fā)展能力薄弱，高技能人才的比較優(yōu)勢(shì)有弱化的危險(xiǎn)，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定，用戶服務(wù)水平差距較大。其二，隨著組合機(jī)床在我國(guó)機(jī)械行業(yè)的廣泛使用，廣大工人總結(jié)自己生產(chǎn)和使用組合機(jī)床的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，發(fā)現(xiàn)組合機(jī)床不僅在其組成部件方面有共性，可設(shè)計(jì)成通用部件，而且一些行業(yè)在完成一定工藝范圍內(nèi)組合機(jī)床是極其相似的，有可能設(shè)計(jì)為通用機(jī)床，這種機(jī)床稱為“專能組合機(jī)床”。另外，近年來組合機(jī)床加工中心、數(shù)控組合機(jī)床、機(jī)床輔機(jī)(清洗機(jī)、裝配機(jī)、綜合測(cè)量機(jī)、試驗(yàn)機(jī)、輸送線)等在組合機(jī)床行業(yè)中所占份額也越來越大。在當(dāng)今的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)中，一臺(tái)組合機(jī)床如果不能完成全部的工藝過程，這時(shí)往往把幾臺(tái)機(jī)床布置流水線，大大縮短了加工時(shí)間。由于通用部件已標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和系列化，可根據(jù)需要靈活配置，能縮短設(shè)計(jì)和制造周期。關(guān)鍵詞：組合機(jī)床；夾具；氣缸蓋 本設(shè)計(jì)來自：完美畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)網(wǎng)登陸網(wǎng)站聯(lián)系客服遠(yuǎn)程截圖或者遠(yuǎn)程控觀看完整全套論文圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)客服：8191040 The Overall and Fixture Design of Modular Machine Tool for Drilling Holes of Diesel Engine Cylinder Head Abstract: The design project is from Jiangdong Dynamic Group of Yancheng.
