(2) We used the way of layout and flow of program analysis and theory of the way, from process and layout and the way, improved jiwu of Dalian Lootive Works, reduced the handling time and improved efficiency. (3)By improved the crossed red eyes by improving the system positioning to save a process improved the equipment to unite the magnetic and ultrasonic testing to optimize the purpose of merging processes. moved the web hole chamfering processing equipment to the web hole drilled the equipment round to reduce the transition distance. Handling times did not change, but the removal efficiency improved significantly. Key words: Program analysis Program analysis process Program analysis techniques目 錄第一章 緒論 1 1 2 2 2 2 3 4 課題分析 5 5 5 5第二章 車輪加工的工藝程序分析 6 工藝程序分析概述 6 6 6 7 7 7 7 9 9第三章 車輪加工的流程程序分析 12 流程程序分析概述 12 12 12 12 13 13 13 18 18第四章 車輪加工的布置和經(jīng)路分析 23 23 23 24 24 24 26第五章 結(jié)論與展望 28 28 28謝 辭 29參考文獻(xiàn) 30大連交通大學(xué)2011屆本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)第一章 緒論由于大連機(jī)車廠要建設(shè)新的廠區(qū),在建設(shè)廠區(qū)之前必須來確定每個(gè)機(jī)床,每個(gè)車間的位置。通過改進(jìn)檢驗(yàn)設(shè)備來將磁粉探傷和超聲波探傷工序合并達(dá)到優(yōu)化的目的。摘 要針對(duì)大連機(jī)車廠現(xiàn)有的工藝,本文利用工業(yè)工程相關(guān)理論對(duì)整個(gè)車輪工藝程序、流程以及布置徑路進(jìn)行了分析,并提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施,為將來大連機(jī)車廠將要建設(shè)新的廠區(qū)提供設(shè)計(jì)參考。(3)通過改進(jìn)鉆床的定位系統(tǒng)取消了劃線定位打沖眼的加工步驟,節(jié)省了一道工序。通過改變半成品暫存位置來進(jìn)一步減少搬運(yùn)距離。其中程序分析是整個(gè)優(yōu)化的一部分。合理的加工程序和生產(chǎn)設(shè)施布局不僅能有效減小生產(chǎn)所占作業(yè)面積,利于企業(yè)生產(chǎn)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,還能縮短物料搬運(yùn)距離,提高物料運(yùn)輸效率,降低生產(chǎn)成本,也便于企業(yè)生存管理。該機(jī)車廠的車輪生產(chǎn)車間目前,由于車輪的產(chǎn)量較大,車輪生產(chǎn)車間存在的主要問題有:生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)顯得擁擠、混亂,管理難度大;零部件和再制品存量大,擺放無序人員行走不是很方便;作業(yè)人員單機(jī)種操作,效率低經(jīng)常看到工人在聊天空閑時(shí)間過多,機(jī)床運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)人無所事事,等待時(shí)間過多;未控制生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍,設(shè)備難以發(fā)揮整體效率,如果設(shè)備故障就會(huì)導(dǎo)致停產(chǎn),也有時(shí)候因?yàn)楣と巳毕鴮?dǎo)致停產(chǎn);設(shè)備布局不合理,作業(yè)單元的布置過于分散,搬運(yùn)路線長,往返搬運(yùn)無效搬運(yùn)多,勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大。分析要細(xì)致全面,并找出哪一個(gè)搬運(yùn)是多余的,哪一個(gè)作業(yè)是重復(fù)的,哪一個(gè)程序是不合理的,搬運(yùn)是否過多,等待時(shí)間是否過長,了解工藝流程的順序, 明確工序的總體關(guān)系。美國機(jī)械工程師學(xué)會(huì)為了人們能夠方便、迅速、正確的表示工作流程,規(guī)定了用5種符號(hào)來表示加工、檢查、搬運(yùn)、等待和儲(chǔ)存這5項(xiàng)基本活動(dòng)(見表11)表11 程序分析的常用符號(hào)符號(hào)名稱表示的意義例如○加工指原材料、零件或半成品按照生產(chǎn)目的承
