師互評和專家督導的思路來設計系統(tǒng),并對各個模塊的設計進行了描述。首先,本文討論了教師課堂教學評估工作的現(xiàn)狀和所面對問題,在此基礎上分析了系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務流程,并進行了流程改進和系統(tǒng)化工作,分析了以學生網(wǎng)上評教為主體,綜合教師互評和專家督導一體化的教學評估模式,進而分析系統(tǒng)的功能需求和非功能性需求,將系統(tǒng)需求以流程圖和用例圖的形式詳細說明,得到對教學評估系統(tǒng)需求和設計指南。教學是學校最重要的工作,學校的教學質(zhì)量如何,直接關系到人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,課堂教學評估是學校教學質(zhì)量監(jiān)控的重要手段,也是學生維護自身權(quán)益的重要渠道[6],教學評價的根本目的是為了改進和提高[7],評教指標體系規(guī)范化、統(tǒng)計手段現(xiàn)代化以及數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果量化是必然的選擇,因此課堂教學評估已成為高校教務系統(tǒng)中一項必不可少的工作[8]。,忽視過程評估。,忽視學生差異和教學的針對性,重視教師教學活動的“課堂密度”和對教學內(nèi)容挖掘的“深度”,并以作為評價課堂教學優(yōu)劣的重要指標之一,卻忽視了學生之間水平上的差異,從而使得我們的課堂教學普遍存在著“幾個人發(fā)言,大部分觀望:少數(shù)人表演,多數(shù)人陪讀”的現(xiàn)象,嚴重違背了面向全體學生的基本原則。目前課堂教學評價標準存在的以下問題:,忽視學生情感、態(tài)度、價值觀的發(fā)展在傳統(tǒng)的教學評價標準中,教師是否完成預定的教學目標,是作為一節(jié)好課很重要的指標。課堂教學評價標準的結(jié)構(gòu)大都是依據(jù)課堂教學的各個要素進行分析,一般是把課堂教學分為教學目標、教學內(nèi)容、教學過程、教學結(jié)果幾個要素,這幾個要素的具體內(nèi)容則是教學理論中一堂好課的基本要求在課堂教學評價的具體體現(xiàn)。目前學生評教已經(jīng)成為美國高校教師教學評價最受支持的評價途徑之一[4]。直至70年代,關于教師課堂教學評估的研究才有了較深入的發(fā)展。本系統(tǒng)遵循《中華人民共和國高等教育法》、《中華人民共和國職業(yè)教育法》、《國務院關于大力推進職業(yè)教育改革與發(fā)展的決定》和《教育部關于加強高職高專教育人才培養(yǎng)工作的意見》為依據(jù),在教育部的評估指標:堅持“以評促建、以評促改、以評促管、評建結(jié)合、重在建設”的方針指導下以教學質(zhì)量評估為重點。通過評估,使學生在課程的學習過程中不斷體驗進步與成功,認識自我,建立自信,促進學生綜合運用能力的全面發(fā)展;使教師及時獲取教學的反饋信息,對自己的教學行為反思和調(diào)整,促進教師不斷提高教育教學水平;使學校及時了解課程標準的執(zhí)行情況,改進教學管理,促進課程的不斷發(fā)展和完善,課堂評估是教學質(zhì)量管理的重要手段,構(gòu)建科學的、系統(tǒng)的、行之有效的教師課堂教學評估體系,對于加強高校教學質(zhì)量管理、提高教學質(zhì)量具有重要意義。建立一支高素質(zhì)的教師隊伍,應對教師有一個全面地了解和正確的評價[1]。s database structure, through redundancy in the design of the control of the system greatly improved query speed, papers are given a database diagram.
