【正文】 速的場合 , 例如在發(fā)動機、電動機、卷揚機、機床主軸等旋轉(zhuǎn)設(shè)備的試驗、運轉(zhuǎn)和控制中 ,常需要分時或連續(xù)測量和顯示其轉(zhuǎn)速及瞬時轉(zhuǎn)速。在測量范圍和測量精度方面都有極大的提高。 課題研究的目的和意義 隨著超大規(guī)模集成電路技術(shù)提高,尤其是單片機應(yīng)用技術(shù)以其功能強大,價格低廉的顯著特點,使全數(shù)字化測量轉(zhuǎn)速系統(tǒng)得以廣泛應(yīng)用。 傳統(tǒng)的電機轉(zhuǎn)速檢測多采用測速發(fā)電機或光電數(shù)字脈沖編碼器,也有采用電磁式 (利用電磁感應(yīng)原理或可變磁阻的霍爾元件等 )、電容式 (對高頻振蕩進行幅值調(diào)制或頻率調(diào)制 )等,還有一些特殊的測速器是利用置于旋轉(zhuǎn)體內(nèi)的放射性材料來發(fā)生脈沖信號。它具有功能強、體積小、可靠性高、應(yīng)用簡單靈活,因而使用非常廣泛,有力地推動各行業(yè)的技術(shù)發(fā)展和更新?lián)Q代。s appearance, the tachometric survey uses generally take the monolithic integrated circuit as the core digital measuring technique I graduated from the Design of the issue is control of the intelligent use of SCM speed measuring instrument.
