【正文】 or Drawings . 5. 客戶方在此承諾按照本合同的各項約定，在設計方按照客戶方的要求完成附表2中相應階段的工作內容并得到客戶方的書面確認通知后，客戶方將根據(jù) 附表5——《費用、開支及付款方式》 的相關約定向設計方支付相應工作階段所列明的設計費用。 The architectural design services that the Client appoints the Designer to provide shall be in pliance with the provisions, appendixes and exhibits of the Contract, as well as with the provisions in the supplementary agreements in conjunction with the execution of the Contract that have entered or may be entered between the parties. The Designer shall carry out the design tasks for “A” Project according to the agreement between both parties as well as the requirements of the Client.
