【正文】 有序地發(fā)展，成為當務(wù)之急。電子商務(wù)在中國也開始了蓬勃發(fā)展20世紀90年代中期以來，國際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及和電子信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展，為企業(yè)提供了一個前景廣闊的全球性的虛擬市場，而通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)進行的商業(yè)交易所具有的直接、快捷和低廉的特點，大大提高了商業(yè)活動的效益，使電子商務(wù)成為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用的最大熱點。[關(guān)鍵字] 電子商務(wù)；立法；[ABSTRACT] the wave of Internet globalization drive humanity step into a new information age. However, because the law itself, the traditional law still have problem in supplement and revise the network trade in this new way and caused many derivative legal problems with current law cannot regulate and adjust.
