【正文】 以造成從業(yè)人員內(nèi)控意識和風險識別能力比較差，加之，郵政的職工大多數(shù)綜合素質(zhì)比較低，更嚴重缺乏金融專業(yè)人才，從而造成目前的信貸從業(yè)人員三查制度不落實的情況比較嚴重，給信貸資產(chǎn)帶來極大的風險隱患。 體制改革不徹底，造成服務覆蓋范圍狹窄，不能有效滿足農(nóng)村信貸需求。 2021 年 8 月，為更好地將我行的小額貸款產(chǎn)品與地方實際需要相結(jié)合，經(jīng)過深入調(diào)研，對我行的小額貸款產(chǎn)品進行調(diào)整，使之更適合當?shù)貙嶋H。 Fifth conclusions.
