【正文】 1 壓力參數(shù)：根據(jù)前期試驗結(jié)果確定。 （ 1）、啤酒廢水；（ 2）屠宰廢水。 中試設(shè)備制作： PW 設(shè)備參數(shù)：Φ 2021 4000，裝填組合填料，鋼體低壓設(shè)備。串聯(lián)使用可明顯提高加壓反應(yīng)器的 EA、 EP。占地面積為傳統(tǒng)活性污泥法的 1/4— 1/3。 上述討論表明：提高好氧生化反應(yīng)器的氣相壓力，可有效提高反應(yīng)速度、加快對有機(jī)污染物的降解效率。 即增大壓力可提高水中 DO 濃度，根據(jù)生化反應(yīng)的規(guī)律，將增快反應(yīng)速度。根據(jù)好氧生化的特點，提高處理效率的途徑主要有提高氧氣的利用率及提高反應(yīng)器的 活性 生物量。而有機(jī)廢水中含有大量的有機(jī)物，其處理目標(biāo)主要為有機(jī)物， 廢水中所含的氮、磷營養(yǎng)物在好氧生化處理時形成微生物細(xì)胞質(zhì)時常常處于虧負(fù)狀態(tài)，故一般不做考慮。 好氧生化處理工藝?yán)煤醚跷⑸锏漠愷B(yǎng)性特點，對廢水充氧，好氧微生物吸收水中有機(jī)物及營養(yǎng)物，進(jìn)行呼吸作用，分解有機(jī)物已獲取生長的能量，產(chǎn)生 CO H2O； 同時由于微生物的生長， 形成生物污泥。 生化處理有機(jī)廢水通常采用厭氧處理（ A）、好氧處理（ O）。 [關(guān)鍵詞 ]加壓生物氧化 啤酒廢水 屠宰廢水 [Abstract] The article has a description of pressurized aerobic biological reactor and status quo of research in this area as well as the discussion of the results of such reactor utilized in beer brewing wastewater and slaughterhouse wastewater. We have drawn a conclusion that it is the best way to raise the efficiency and shorten the treating time by raising the pressure of gasphase .
