The parison between the two teams of specimen, the result which have important guiding significance to the dissimilar welding and heat treatment has great value in use. Key words:dissimilar steel welding。hardness test; structure and property 武漢理工大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 1 1 緒論 前言 隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展和科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,新結(jié)構(gòu)、新設(shè)備層出不窮,新材料、新工藝的應(yīng)用日益廣泛,對零件部位的性能提出了更高的要求,如硬度、耐磨性、耐蝕性、低溫韌性、高溫持久強(qiáng)度、磁性、導(dǎo)電性、導(dǎo)熱性、熔點(diǎn)等多個(gè)方面的性能。 兩種牌號(hào)不同的鋼之間的焊接稱之為異種鋼焊接,它是屬于異種金屬焊接中應(yīng)用最為廣泛的一類接頭。 異種鋼及異種金屬焊接接頭 所形成的復(fù)合零部件能否滿足工程上復(fù)雜工況下的功能要求,關(guān)鍵是解決他們的焊接性問題,而焊接性的核心是接頭熔合區(qū)或過渡區(qū)的行為和性能,隨著現(xiàn)代新材料和新型復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)的大量出現(xiàn),研究和討論異種鋼及異種金屬焊接熔合區(qū)的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)特征及其轉(zhuǎn)變機(jī)理就顯得尤為突出和重要。 觀察焊接區(qū),特別是熔合區(qū)顯微組織變化特征及其轉(zhuǎn)變機(jī)理的最有效和最直觀的方法是利用較光學(xué)顯微鏡和掃描電鏡具有更高放大倍數(shù)和分辨率的透射電子顯微鏡( TEM)。對異種金屬焊接
