【正文】 天津工業(yè)大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計(jì)） 3 銷(xiāo)售和售后服務(wù)成本的比重如下：研發(fā)成本占 55%、 制造成本占 16%、管理成本占 8%、銷(xiāo)售成本占 15%、售后服務(wù)成本占 6%，在這樣的成本結(jié)構(gòu)下，傳統(tǒng)的成本核算和管理已不能傳送準(zhǔn)確合理的成本信息，而成本信息是企業(yè)高效管理所需的關(guān)鍵信息。如果特色經(jīng)營(yíng)產(chǎn)生的利潤(rùn)被其相應(yīng)的成本費(fèi)用所抵消，那差異化戰(zhàn)略就沒(méi)有實(shí)際意義，不能帶來(lái)效益。 ：制作月度結(jié)帳后的成本分析報(bào)表，進(jìn)行 各種差異分析。成本核算則需要涉及到很多方面，例如庫(kù) 存信息、設(shè)備信息、財(cái)務(wù)信息、人力信息、銷(xiāo)售信息、采購(gòu)信息以及生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度這七個(gè)方面，在對(duì)這些方面進(jìn)行精細(xì)核算的前提下才能對(duì)成本管理有著更合理的管理。 在成本 管理中不得不提到的是成本控制， 所謂成本控制，是企業(yè)根據(jù)一定時(shí)期預(yù)先建立的成本管理目標(biāo)，由成本控制主體在其職權(quán)范圍內(nèi)，在生產(chǎn)耗費(fèi)發(fā)生以前和成本控制過(guò)程中，對(duì)各種影響成本的因素和條件采取的一系列預(yù)防和調(diào)節(jié)措施，以保證成本管理目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)的管理行為。 企業(yè)成本管理的概念 企業(yè)成本管理以企業(yè)的全局為對(duì)象，根據(jù)企業(yè)總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略而制定的。如何將每一分錢(qián)花得恰到好處 ,將企業(yè)的每一種資源用到最需要它的地方 。降低成本可以提高盈利水平 ,增強(qiáng)產(chǎn)品的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力 ,擴(kuò)大市場(chǎng)占有率。 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展，我國(guó)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)組織和生產(chǎn)技術(shù)條件正在發(fā)生著深刻的變化，管理理念和管理技術(shù)也帶來(lái)了重大變革。我國(guó)許多企業(yè)按照成本習(xí)性劃分和核算產(chǎn)品成本，通過(guò)提高產(chǎn)量可以降低單位產(chǎn)品分擔(dān)的固定成本。 關(guān)鍵詞： 企業(yè)成本管理 ； 成本控制；優(yōu)越性；實(shí)施條件 ABSTRACT Cost Management plays an important role in Enterprise Operation and Management. The force of Cost Management es from the needs to experience management of Enterprises. Cost is a statement of an enterprise’s production and operation efficiency, and an inverse relation between the investment and production as well. Lowcost means more productions and service are provided by lower investment to increase the efficiency. In our country, a lot of enterprises mark off and account the production cost according to the cost behavior, and decrease the fixed cost which is shared by unit product through increasing production. As the rapid development of technology, the organization and technical condition of the enterprises in China have experienced a profound and plex change. The management idea and skill are on a major revolution. Especially small and mediumsized enterprises are trying to save cost in all the links in order to win a place in the fierce petition. Therefore it’s important to manage the cost to not only save cost for enterprises, but also build up a good foundation for a longtime development. This essay is divided into three chapters. Chapter one elaborates the concept of cost management, some relative concepts, the pattern of cost management, and its advantages and disadvantages. Chapter two analyzes the importance of cost management to the small and mediumsize enterprises. Chapter three discusses how to improve cost management to make enterprises operate well and summarizes the whole essay.
