To make views and proposals on new blind munication products functionality and novice design, to bee a new munications products for the blind. Providing new forms of entertainment life to blind, so that the visually impaired can be based on the voice prompts and tactile sensors to operate a cellular phone, so that they can enjoy technology brings the convenience of life and joy.
