【正文】 研究。為此，我制定了具體的計(jì)劃和目標(biāo)。對(duì)這部分同學(xué)要適當(dāng)引導(dǎo)，耐心教導(dǎo)，慢慢提高他們的成績(jī)，不能操之過(guò)急，且要多鼓勵(lì)。只要堅(jiān)持輔導(dǎo)，這些同學(xué)基礎(chǔ)重新建立起來(lái)，以后授課的效果就會(huì)更好。為此，在早讀時(shí)，我堅(jiān)持下班了解早讀情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)糾正。針對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)科大量知識(shí)點(diǎn)需要記憶背誦的特點(diǎn)，經(jīng)常性的復(fù)習(xí)是很有必要的，對(duì)于重要的知識(shí)點(diǎn)反復(fù)抓，抓反復(fù)，從而達(dá)到諳熟于心，朗朗上口的程度。二：不足之處：1．雖然也看了大綱，但是對(duì)于大綱內(nèi)容理解不透。但是。后來(lái)放松了檢查，一個(gè)單元一起檢查，學(xué)生說(shuō)太多了，記不住。開(kāi)學(xué)初幾個(gè)月對(duì)于學(xué)生關(guān)心愛(ài)護(hù)有加，后來(lái)一個(gè)月感到疲憊，常?；倚氖?，情緒不太穩(wěn)定。盡力了解大綱內(nèi)容，做到對(duì)教材熟悉。將課本中的內(nèi)容分成不同的任務(wù)，分給不同的小組，如在復(fù)習(xí)的時(shí)候采用競(jìng)賽的形式，極大地調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性。學(xué)期中英語(yǔ)教研組進(jìn)行教研活動(dòng)期間，認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n和聽(tīng)課，虛心向前輩學(xué)習(xí)，博采眾長(zhǎng)，從中受益。英語(yǔ)學(xué)科與其它學(xué)科不同，補(bǔ)差一定要老師與學(xué)生面對(duì)面，單詞、句子、課文、練習(xí)，要逐一從讀、說(shuō)輔導(dǎo)開(kāi)始。一學(xué)期的教學(xué)工作自己付出了很多，收到的回報(bào)也不少：領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的信任，使我精力充沛；同事的幫助，使我干勁十足；學(xué)生的渴求，使我信心倍增。3）一般過(guò)去時(shí)態(tài)的特殊疑問(wèn)句，一般疑問(wèn)句及其肯定、否定回答。：1)復(fù)合不定代詞someone, anyone, something, anything等 的用法。a: where did you go?？ b: i went to? a: did you see?b: yes, i did./ no, i didn’：section a 1(1a2d)anyone, someone, everyone, something, anything, everything yourself, myself where did you go on vacation?did you do anything special? i went to new york you go anywhere interesting? where did she go on vacation？most of the time she went to the mountains.第四篇：初中英語(yǔ)教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)How tall are you?教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)魏桂芝How long is this animal?
