The serial winch products are suitable to move coal mining equipments in positive excavating working place. And they could be also used to release upper plate and withdraw the props in the working place ,convey largetonnage bulk material and schedule mining carts . The design of that winch includes to the perfect endlessrope series winch important foundation function. JWB50 endlessrope transportation winch is made up of motor, couple, reel, gearbox, electrohydraulicbrake, manual brake and switchcontrollersupport. The point of this graduation design is the gearbox. The transmission system realizes a closed circuit which has three pla gear step. Its transmission principle is simple, reliable and it has high efficiency. This winch uses two brakes to fulfill safe braking and working braking respectively, which make the witch’s braking more safe and effective. And this also makes the winch have the ablity of big tonnage ,soft starting and braking. JWB50 transportation winch has good blast protection property and braking property, big cope capacity, long longevity and high transmission efficiency. It also has pact structure, small external dimensions, approximately symmetrical structure ,long disappearance, basement in the shape of sleigh which is very convenient and smoothly moved ,low gravity center ,good stillness of basement. The installment is convenient by shore or ground anchor block, which make the winch work smoothly, reliably and safely. Keyword: transportation winch。 design 中國礦業(yè)大學(xué) 2021 屆本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計 第 7 頁 1 緒論 引言 煤炭是當(dāng)前我國能源的主要組成部分之一,是國民經(jīng)濟保持高速增長的重要物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)和保障。 20世紀末期以來,先進采煤國家積 極應(yīng)用機電一體化和自動化技術(shù),實現(xiàn)了采掘機械化和自動化控制,做到了礦井的高產(chǎn)高效生產(chǎn)。 輔助運輸?shù)纳鲜鎏攸c,決定了輔助運輸設(shè)備的類型具有多樣性,除了過去常用的礦用絞車、調(diào)度絞車、電機車和一般的礦車、平板車、材料車外,目前許多先進的輔助運輸設(shè)備,如單軌吊車、卡軌車、粘著/齒軌機車、無軌運輸車等都已在大量使用。國外主要產(chǎn)煤國對輔助運輸存在的主要問題及其發(fā)展途徑的看法是一致的,即降低輔助運輸?shù)膭趧訌姸群吞岣咻o助運輸設(shè)備的效率。但與國外水平相比,我國的絞車在品種、型式、結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)品性能、三化水平(參數(shù)化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、通用化)和技術(shù)經(jīng)濟方面還存在一定的差距。工作原理為:電動機經(jīng)減速器帶動摩擦滾筒正反向旋轉(zhuǎn),鋼絲繩在滾筒上纏繞數(shù)圈后,一端固定于張繩車上車軸上,另一端經(jīng)過尾輪纏繞于張繩車的容繩卷筒上, 通過摩擦滾筒對鋼絲繩 產(chǎn)生的摩擦力,牽引張繩車運動,再由張繩車牽引礦車或其它運輸車輛運行。以前的運輸系統(tǒng)其運輸距離一旦中國礦業(yè)大學(xué) 2021 屆本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計 第 9 頁 確定一般是不做改變的,而該系統(tǒng)可將一定量的鋼絲繩存放于容繩卷筒上,以便運輸距離發(fā)生改變時使用。 2 總體設(shè)計 設(shè)計總則 煤礦生產(chǎn),安全第一; 面向生產(chǎn),力求實效,以滿足用戶最大實際需求; 既考慮到運輸為主要用途,又考慮到運搬、調(diào)度等一般用途; 貫徹執(zhí)行國家、部、專業(yè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及有關(guān)規(guī)定; 技術(shù)比較先進并要求多用途。 則: F≥ 50 103= 105 N 查《實用機械設(shè)計手冊》表 ,選擇鋼絲繩 6 19(1+6+12),繩纖維芯,鋼絲繩
