Under this situation, the core of improving laboratorial teaching is laboratory system reformation. According to teaching experiences, the authors analyze some existing problems which include laboratorial arrangement, laboratory equipment purchase, reformation of laboratorial teaching management system, the employment and management of laboratorian. Some measures and suggests are presented on the basis of practical conditions.Keywords: Laboratory。 open laboratory3。 laboratorial arrangement。要實(shí)現(xiàn)這個目標(biāo)，需要完成好以下工作：1. 改造實(shí)驗(yàn)內(nèi)容，促使有條件的實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目實(shí)現(xiàn)課程化；2. 利用現(xiàn)代化信息管理手段，開辦網(wǎng)上預(yù)約登記網(wǎng)站，使學(xué)生通過網(wǎng)上預(yù)約，既能自主安排自己的學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)程，又能養(yǎng)成主動關(guān)心學(xué)習(xí)效果的習(xí)慣；3. 促使實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)管理人員發(fā)生思想上的轉(zhuǎn)變，主動適應(yīng)這種教學(xué)方式改革，實(shí)驗(yàn)中心做好人員組織配套工作；4. 切實(shí)完成
