的探索者一個(gè)教師工作的一生,實(shí)際也就是思考的一生,積累的一生,創(chuàng)造的一生,在這種自我的嚴(yán)格要求下,她始終把教學(xué)研究工作作為教師工作中的一個(gè)有機(jī)組成部分,堅(jiān)持以教學(xué)科研指導(dǎo)課堂教學(xué),堅(jiān)持走“學(xué)者型”教師的發(fā)展之路。各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)都在學(xué)校中名列前茅。她深知前面還有更遠(yuǎn)的路要走,也會(huì)更加堅(jiān)定自己的教育信念,她將一如既往,沿著改革、創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展的道路勇往直前。多媒體教室就兩個(gè),教師想用多媒體課件的時(shí)候,就到兩個(gè)多媒體教室進(jìn)行上課,后來學(xué)校里購買了背投電視機(jī),購買了計(jì)算機(jī)和實(shí)物投影儀,于是全校的每一個(gè)普通教室都有多媒體了。通過代理上網(wǎng),沒有自己的主動(dòng)權(quán),后來提出整改方案,引進(jìn)中國聯(lián)通10m光纖上網(wǎng),這樣我們就有自己的外網(wǎng)ip地址了,可以有多個(gè)應(yīng)用,而且空間也有了,同時(shí)也購買了域名,也能通過自己上外網(wǎng)了,這是一大進(jìn)步。同時(shí)我們也將音頻傳播的功能用到英語聽力的播放,而不用一個(gè)一個(gè)教室進(jìn)行播放,但這有個(gè)缺陷,在于依賴性,非常依賴學(xué)校網(wǎng)絡(luò)的穩(wěn)定性,否則中間也會(huì)出亂的。后來西湖區(qū)需要進(jìn)行對(duì)小學(xué)升初中的學(xué)生進(jìn)行新生素質(zhì)考試,考試完后要對(duì)每個(gè)學(xué)校進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,于是我花了很長的時(shí)間,在原有學(xué)校的成績分析統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行修改,使得適用于新生素質(zhì)測(cè)試成績分析。他是一個(gè)有著在農(nóng)村任教 30
