【正文】 時(shí)器中斷實(shí)現(xiàn)時(shí)鐘功能,十分方便。滿足本模塊的顯示需求,且畫面質(zhì)量高,顯示清晰穩(wěn)定。數(shù)碼管應(yīng)用廣泛,顯示亮度高且電路連接簡(jiǎn)單。 軟件方面最主要的是多功能的相互配合切換。系統(tǒng)整體框圖如圖 所示。 太原科技大學(xué)畢業(yè) 設(shè)計(jì) 3 第 1 章 系統(tǒng)功能需求分析與控制方案設(shè)計(jì) 本章主要內(nèi)容是根據(jù)本系統(tǒng)所要實(shí)現(xiàn)的主要功能,分別預(yù)設(shè)多種方案,在保證可行的前提下,結(jié)合經(jīng)濟(jì)性、便利性等原則,從中選出一種最佳的實(shí)施方案,進(jìn)而在后續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)中得以實(shí)現(xiàn)。 針對(duì)上述問題,本次將設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)即熱式電熱水器控制系統(tǒng)。并 且儲(chǔ)水式電熱水器內(nèi)膽容量大,對(duì)安裝空間要求高,如果使用者過多就不能供應(yīng)足夠多的熱水,洗澡未用完的熱水也會(huì)逐漸變冷,形成浪費(fèi);相比而言,即熱式電熱水器內(nèi)膽小,安裝便捷,使用時(shí)按照用戶個(gè)人需求提供熱水,不造成浪費(fèi),且減少耗能。部分高端熱水器還具有智能記憶功能,記憶用戶的用水習(xí)慣,在洗浴時(shí)間前自動(dòng)提前加熱,非洗浴時(shí)段提供中溫生活用水,不僅讓用戶隨時(shí)隨地能享受到熱水,也更加節(jié)能。 就國(guó)內(nèi)外的熱水器市場(chǎng)來看,目前的電熱水器除了行業(yè)內(nèi)部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)以及與燃?xì)鉄崴鞯母?jìng)爭(zhēng)以外,還面臨著太陽能熱水器的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。而智能化的熱水器正符合人們的這一需求。 關(guān)鍵詞 : AT89C52,電熱水器, PID 太原科技大學(xué)畢業(yè) 設(shè)計(jì) II ABSTRACT The design of electric water heater control system is introduced in this paper. AT89C52 was selected, which is regarded as the main controller, and bines with the keyboard module, display module, clock module, temperature acquisition module, water flow detection module and drive module to plete the hardware circuit design. The water temperature is controlled through the PID, and the software design of electric water heater control system is pleted by using C language. In addition, the Safe Care is used to do earth leakage protection, to ensure the safety of bathing process. Finally, through the simulation of the system, it can display the time and temperature correctly, and the control of the heating circuit can be done accurately. In this way, the expected control objectives can be achieved in this design.
