The clutch in mechanical transmission is as an independent assembly and exist,it is the car transmission directly connected with the engine of the present,all kinds of automotive friction clutch is widely used on a moving part of the friction between the subordinate to transfer power and can separate mainly includes active part,a follower,paction institutions,and manipulate agencies four parts. This design specification detailed descriptions of the diaphragm spring clutch light auto structure form,and calculate the parameter selection process with the annunciator of the friction disk to pull the diaphragm spring clutch working principle and use by systematic design method,the clutch is divided into active part,and control mechanisms,driven on the principle of each part design scheme and the advantages and disadvantages of parison,the relevant parts of the basic structure and its parts manufacturing to the using conditions and parameters of vehicles,vehicle in accordance with the clutch system design steps and requirement,the following main design parameters related work:choice for friction slices of diameter D ,clutch backup coefficient of beta? ,unit of pressure ? .And the assembly design mainly for:the pressure plate design,and driven plate design(platen hub design)and the diaphragm spring design etc. Key words:clutch。目前,各種汽車廣泛采用的摩擦離合器 是一種依靠主從動(dòng)部分之間的摩擦來傳遞動(dòng)力且能分離的裝置,它主要包括主動(dòng)部分、從動(dòng)部分、壓緊機(jī)構(gòu)和操縱機(jī)構(gòu)等四部分。沈陽理工大學(xué)應(yīng)用技術(shù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) I 摘 要 離合器是汽車傳動(dòng)系中的重要部件,主要功用是切斷和實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)對(duì)傳動(dòng)系的動(dòng)力傳遞,保證汽車平穩(wěn)起步,保證傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)換擋時(shí)工作平順以及限制傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)所承受的最大轉(zhuǎn)矩,防止傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)過載,有效的降低傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中的振動(dòng)和噪聲。 此設(shè)計(jì)說明書詳細(xì)的說明了帶摩擦片厚度報(bào)警器的輕型汽車?yán)侥て瑥椈呻x合器的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,參數(shù)選擇以及計(jì)算過程。Diaphragm spring。按動(dòng)力傳遞順序來說,離合器應(yīng)是傳動(dòng)系中的第一總成。為使離合器起到以上幾個(gè)作用,目前汽車上廣泛采用彈簧壓緊的摩擦式離合器,摩擦離合器所能傳遞的最大扭 矩取決于摩擦面間的工作壓緊力和摩擦片的尺寸以及摩擦面的表面狀況等,即主要取決于離合器基本參數(shù)和主要尺寸 [1]。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)啟動(dòng)后,得以穩(wěn)定運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的最低轉(zhuǎn)速約為 min500300 r~ ,而汽車則只 能由靜止開始起步,一個(gè)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)著的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)要帶一個(gè)靜止的傳動(dòng)系,是不能突然剛性接合的。但變速器在空檔位置時(shí),變速器內(nèi)的主動(dòng)齒輪和發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)還是連接的,要轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),就必須和變速器內(nèi)的主動(dòng)齒輪一起拖轉(zhuǎn),而變速器內(nèi)的齒輪浸在黏度較大的齒輪油中,拖轉(zhuǎn)它的 阻力是很大的。如在脫檔時(shí),由于原來嚙合的齒面壓力的存在,可能使脫檔困難,但如果用離合器暫時(shí)分離傳動(dòng)系,即能便利脫檔。 圖 離合器總成 離合器在接合狀態(tài)時(shí),發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)扭矩自曲軸傳出,通過飛輪 3 和壓盤 14 借摩擦作用傳給從動(dòng)盤,在通過從動(dòng)軸傳給變速器。 膜片彈簧離合器概述 膜片彈簧離合器是近年來在轎車和輕型載貨汽車上廣泛采用
