森美 MC33035 專用控制器的特點和原理,分析其用于無刷電動機控制的主要優(yōu)勢,再最后,重點學(xué)習(xí) MC33035 和 MC33039 相結(jié)合的方法,加上外圍的正反轉(zhuǎn)電路、堵轉(zhuǎn)保護電路等,設(shè)計出直流無刷電動機的控制電路系統(tǒng)。在智能控制的研究方向上, 1984 年,美國通用電氣公司推出了一種先進的智能電動機,引起了國際上各方面的關(guān)注,其實這種電機是一種以微處理器作為控制核心的無刷直流電動機,這種電動機具有較寬的調(diào)速范圍,并且噪聲低,效率高,可實現(xiàn)一定程度的“智能”操作,它一經(jīng)問世就受到了廣泛的關(guān)注,產(chǎn)品初期用于吊扇,實現(xiàn)無級調(diào)速,然后逐步應(yīng)用于洗衣機、空調(diào)器和冰箱等各種家用電器設(shè)備,使這些家電完成了省電、多功能、自動控制的工作。在電子換向方面,主要分為:一是對電流的控制,二是對轉(zhuǎn)子位置的檢測;關(guān)于控制電流一般采用穩(wěn)頻兩態(tài)和電流分時反饋,而對于轉(zhuǎn)子位置的感應(yīng),一般方法是采用位置傳感器,為了減輕電路系統(tǒng)的負擔(dān),國外的部分 專家提出了無位置傳感器法。 MC33035 和 MC33039 配合使用,可簡單有效地用于速度閉環(huán)控制器中,具有以下特點: 工作性能穩(wěn)定平衡、保護功能完善、構(gòu)成的系統(tǒng)所需外圍電路簡潔明朗、抗干擾 能力較強等。我國稀土資源十分豐富,采用永磁材料激磁以及高性能稀土永磁材料,可很大程度上提高電機效率,縮小電動機體積。因此,長久以來,人們都圍繞這些方面研究,以求解決根本問題。 關(guān)鍵詞: 直流無刷電動機;開閉環(huán)電路;雙閉環(huán)調(diào)速; MOSFET 驅(qū)動 ABSTRACT Nowadays society, motor has spread all areas of national economy and People39。 本課題主要是根據(jù)直流無刷 專用控制器 MC33035 與 MC33039 相結(jié)合,通過融合電路設(shè)計速度閉環(huán)電路的控制系統(tǒng)。 天津職業(yè)技術(shù)師范大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計 直流無刷電動機控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 Brushless dc motor control system design 摘 要 當(dāng)今社會,電動機的發(fā)展十分迅速,無刷直流電機是一種新型電機 。 首先,以直流無刷電動機控制器的研究現(xiàn)狀為出發(fā)點,對直流無刷電動機的原理及結(jié)構(gòu)進行了總述,詳細分析了直流無刷電機的運行特性,推導(dǎo)出了其傳遞函數(shù),并且創(chuàng)立了直流無刷電動機的數(shù)學(xué)模型。s Daily life, and the Brushless DC motor, as a new mechanical and electrical integration, is rapidly matured in recent years. The motor consists of the stator, rotor and rotor position detection devices etc. In the absence of excitation device, it takes advantage of high efficiency, simple structure and excellent features, what’s more, it is smaller, more reliable, easier to control and more convenient to maintain and manufacture, and it has more extensive application scope. All the advantages mentioned above make the brushless motors and their control device of great significance. This design is mainly produced by ON Semiconductor MC33035 and MC33039 design of the closedloop brushless motor speed controller. First, this paper starts from the current research situation of brushless DC motor controller. The structure of the brushless DC motor and principle are reviewed to establish a mathematical model of brushless DC motor, and a detailed analysis of the operational characteristics of the motor is derived out of its transfer function. This part describes the overall design of this system and establishes the overall framework of the system. Then, the paper introduces the main circuit design, MOSFET driver circuit design and controller peripherals circuit design, including emphatically expounds the functional modules of the system and its working principle and hardware design and realization. Finally, there is a experimental data analysis on the effects of this system control, and a summary of the design process.
