Today, employment is fierce day by day in petition, grasp PLC design and application to engaged in industrial control research a professional technique that technical staff must kown. This text mainly employs PLC technology to design a set of full automatic cooking machines. For example what its relaxed settlement people met in daily life processes the time of rice long, can leave difficult problems such as people, etc. This thesis is divided into chapter five together. Chapter one is introduction, the rudimentary knowledges of the control systems of ones that introduce the programmable controller briefly and PLC. Chapter two introduce PLC selecting type of the control system of the fullautomatic cooking machine and resource distribution. Chapter three remends the control system of the fullautomatic cooking machine to design program and debug. Chapter four introduces the control system PLC procedure of the fullautomatic cooking machine. Keywords Automatically cooking machine, PLC, s7200 1 概 論 本章主要介紹可編程控制器（ PLC）和 PLC 控制系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)知識，粗略介紹現(xiàn)在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中常用的西門子公司的 S7200 型， OMRON C200H 型，松下FPO， FP1， FP2， FP3.， FP e , FPX 等型 PLC。人們很難接受它作為快節(jié)奏的主食。那我們是否可以生產(chǎn)出一套比電飯煲更加聰敏的機(jī)器為我們做出美味的米飯而人們又不必守在其身邊呢？ 通過思考，答案是肯定的。根據(jù)日常生活中做飯的步驟可以對本設(shè)計(jì)提出如下設(shè)計(jì)要求： ① 定時進(jìn)行機(jī)器啟動； ② 無人參與下進(jìn)行大米的清洗； ③ 無人參與由洗凈到煮飯的傳輸； ④ 無人參與下進(jìn)行大米加工為米飯的過程。水位判斷開 關(guān)控制水進(jìn)入洗米倉的水位；電磁排米閥打開，將米注入；進(jìn)水時，電磁進(jìn)水閥打開，將水注入；排水時，電磁排水閥打開，將水排出；洗米時，攪拌電動機(jī)啟動；煮飯時，煮米倉電源啟動。下面就是自動煮飯機(jī)的正常運(yùn)行和強(qiáng)制停止的控制要求。 “強(qiáng)制停止”方式具體控制要求如下： 1） 若按下“停止”按鈕烹飪的全過程都要停止，儲米倉往洗米倉的 輸送通道要關(guān)閉，進(jìn)水，排水，攪拌機(jī)電源要關(guān)上，煮米倉電源要關(guān)上。雖然它機(jī)構(gòu)簡單、價格便宜、便于掌握，在一定范圍內(nèi)能滿足控制要求，但也存在著設(shè)備體積大，動作速度慢，功能少而固定，可靠性差，難于實(shí)現(xiàn)較復(fù)雜的控制的特點(diǎn)，特別是由 于它是靠硬連線邏輯構(gòu)成的系統(tǒng)，接線復(fù)雜，但全自動煮飯機(jī)的控制要求有什么改變時，原有的接線盒控制盤就要更換，缺乏通用性和靈活性。 PLC的定義 PLC 問世以來，盡管時間不長，但發(fā)展迅速。” 總之，可編程控制器是一臺計(jì)算機(jī)，它是專為工業(yè)環(huán)境應(yīng)用而設(shè)計(jì)制造的計(jì)算機(jī)。 2） 各輸入端均采用 RC 濾波器，其濾波時間常數(shù)一般為 10~20ms。 6）良好的自我診斷功能，一旦電源或其他軟件、硬件發(fā)生異常情況， CPU立即采用有效措施，一防止故障擴(kuò)大。 ③ 采用模塊化結(jié)構(gòu) 為了適應(yīng)各種各業(yè)控制需要，除了單元式的小型 PLC 以外，絕大多數(shù) PLC 均采用模塊化結(jié)構(gòu)。各種模塊上均有運(yùn)行和故障指示裝置，便于用戶了解運(yùn)行情況和查找故障。因此 S7200 系列產(chǎn)品具有極高的性能 /價格比。 S7200 產(chǎn)品憑借其先進(jìn)性、成熟性和廣泛的適用性在自動化產(chǎn)品中受到廣泛的重視，相信此次發(fā)
