remote Collecting,this design pleted the AT89C51 as control core, and a detailed analysis of the data acquisition scheme and microcontroller and PC munication system hardware design and software design. This paper described the working principle of the residential remote meter reading, the hardware part of the design and the software part of the design. Hardware ponents include: signal acquisition and working principle, LCD, keyboard control and data system used a microcontroller for water, electricity, gas and other signal acquisition, analysis, control, processing, display driver could achieve remote meter reading for water, electricity, gas volume measurement,which had better dynamic performance, accurate and reliable measurement results. The hardware circuit the structure is relatively simple pared to the traditional using single chip microputer software to reduce the plexity of hardware circuit design, the system had strong data processing ability and good stability and accuracy. Because the system has simple structure and low cost advantages, it has a very broad market promotional value.
