【正文】 f Title（權(quán)益憑證） ? （ 三 ） 提單的種類 以貨物是否裝船分為已裝船提單和收貨待運提單 （ 1）已裝船提單（ On Board B／ L or Shipped B／ L） ? ? 同一票貨物全部裝進船艙或裝上艙面并經(jīng)大副簽收后，根據(jù)托運人要求，由承運人、船長或代理人簽發(fā)給托運人的提單。 ? 海上運輸保險的原則、承保的損失、承保的險別、保險人責(zé)任的起訖。 ? ? 教學(xué)要求： 掌握提單的性質(zhì)和種類，以及承運人的責(zé)任。 （ 2）待運提單（ Received for Shipment B／ L） ? 承運人收到并掌管托運貨物等待裝船期間，經(jīng)托運人要求所簽發(fā)的提單。 ? 缺乏安全性。 （ 2）不清潔提單（ Foul B／ L） ? 明顯聲明貨物及或包裝有缺陷的提單。 Act of God(天災(zāi)）； ? (2) that it shall proceed with reasonable dispatch。 ? 推定全損 ? 它是指保險標(biāo)的物遭受海上風(fēng)險，實際全損已不可避免，或?qū)κ軗p標(biāo)的物的救助、修復(fù)以及運送到原定目的地的費用超過到達目的地后該標(biāo)的物的價值。 ? （ 2）必須經(jīng)保險人承諾才生效，保險人有權(quán)選擇接受或拒絕。 ? 所謂共同海損的特殊犧牲 ， 如船舶擱淺 ， 為減輕船舶負荷以脫險 ， 將船上 ? 一批載貨拋入海中 。這種損失只是單獨一方的利益受到損害，只能由受損一方自行負責(zé)。 ? 平安險 （ Free from parti ? cular average） ? 承保平安險的保險人負責(zé)賠償?shù)姆秶牵? ? （ 1） 被保險貨物在運輸中由于惡劣氣候 、 雷電 、 海嘯 、 地震 、 洪水等自然災(zāi)害造成整批貨物的全部損失或推定全損； ? （ 2） 由于運輸工具遭受擱淺 、觸礁 、 沉沒 、 互撞 、 與流冰或其他 ? 物體碰撞 ， 以及失火 、 爆炸 ， 或在裝卸 、 轉(zhuǎn)運時由 于 一件或數(shù)件貨物 落海等意外事故造成貨物的全部或部分損失； （ 3） 在運輸 “ 工具已發(fā)生擱淺 、沉沒 、 焚毀等意外事故的情況下 ， ? 貨物在此前后又在海上遭受惡劣氣候、雷電、海嘯等自然災(zāi)害所造成的部分損失； （ 4） 對在承保范圍內(nèi)的受損貨物進行施救而支付的費用 ， 但以不超過該批被救貨物的保險金額為限； （ 5） 運輸工具遭遇海難后 ， 在避難港由于卸貨所引起的損失以及在
