【正文】 日 實習地點：河北省張家口市 實習單位：張家口星巢裝飾工程有限公司 實習部門：設計部 實習內(nèi)容——室內(nèi)設計： （1） 查閱資料、案例，熟悉工作內(nèi)容 （2） 學習專業(yè)書籍資料及材料基本知識，學習軟件，繪制效果圖 （3） 掌握設計流程，對市場、客戶需求有所了解 （4） 學習項目方案編寫 二、實習目的 社會實踐是進行自我能力培養(yǎng)，以及提升自己的一個重要方式。在做東西的時候確實也一如既往的遇上問題但是經(jīng)過老師的指點很快也就明白了下來，而且在這里學到了很多以前都沒有學到的東西，比如在做一個模型的時候帶我的師傅用的方法，雖然最終的效果是達到一樣的但是使用起來就是快的多，這樣讓我明白了什么是工作效率，在行業(yè)的競爭當中如果你的效率跟不上別人在本行業(yè)中也是一樣很難有立足之地的。在公司的實習過程中，還接觸到了很多專業(yè)方面的東西，我知道計算機和網(wǎng)絡是將來的工具，在學好本專業(yè)的前提下，我對計算機產(chǎn)生了巨大的興趣并閱讀了大量有關書籍，經(jīng)過一陣時間的產(chǎn)品資料的熟悉，開始實際的操作Photoshop， Rhino，CAD，3D等專業(yè)設計軟件，在老員工的指導下，使我的電路繪圖更加快捷順手。難以實現(xiàn)的就要盡早舍棄，主要是考慮絕大多數(shù)的生活及其需要配備的設施，重點又在于其中對生活質(zhì)量至關重要的部分（比如主人自用的衛(wèi)浴、餐廚）。項目的進行當中，還涉及到材料的購買，需要進行詢價，報價，議價等實際操作，且公司經(jīng)常有產(chǎn)品發(fā)出，因此也接觸到了相關的合同、發(fā)票和其他的單據(jù)，這些單據(jù)大大加強了我的實踐操作能力，也讓我對如何填寫這類單據(jù)有了進一步的認識。進一步拓寬我們所學的專業(yè)知識和視野，學到了很多在學校和書本上學不到的知識。這次實習豐富了我在這方面的知識，使我向更深的層次邁進，對我在今后的社會當中立足有一定的促進作用，但我也認識到，要想做好這方面的工作單靠這這幾天的實習是不行的，還需要我在平時的學習和工作中一點一點的積累，不斷豐富自己的經(jīng)驗才行。 這次實習主要是為了我們今后在工作及業(yè)務上能力的提高起到了促進的作用，增強了我們今后的競爭力，為我們能在以后立足增添了一塊基石。這兩個月，在領導和同事們的悉心關懷和指導下，通過我自身的不懈努力，我學到了人生難得的工作經(jīng)驗和社會見識。在這兩個月的實習工作中給我最大的感觸就是：我們在學校學到了很多的理論知識，但很少用于社會實踐中，這樣理論和實踐就大大的脫節(jié)了，以至于在以后的學習和生活中找不到方向，無法學以致用。通過這些工作條例的學習使我進一步加深了對各項工作的理解，可以求真務實的開展各項工作。為使自己盡快熟悉工作，進入角色，我一方面抓緊時間查看相關資料，熟悉自己的工作職責，另一方面我虛心向領導、同事請教使自己對工業(yè)設計崗位工作的情況有了一個比較系統(tǒng)、全面的認知和了解。 從大學校門跨入到工業(yè)設計崗位工作崗位，一開始我難以適應角色的轉(zhuǎn)變，不能發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，從而解決問題，認為沒有多少事情可以做，我就有一點失望，開始的熱情有點消退，完全找不到方向。 在工作間能得到領導的充分信任，并在按時完成上級分配給我的各項工作的同時，還能積極主動地協(xié)助其他同事處理一些內(nèi)務工作。沒有共同進步，相互合作，團隊如同一盤散沙。但工作團體主要是把工作目標分解到個人，其本質(zhì)上是注重個人目標和責任，工作團體目標只是個人目標的簡單總和，工作團體的成員不會為超出自己義務范圍的結(jié)果負責，也不會嘗試那種因為多名成員共同工作而帶來的增值效應。 。在工作中任勞任怨力爭“沒有最好只有更好”。s leadership and team building(a) to strengthen the league39。 guiding organizations at various levels generally established the young talent database, construction of city, county (directly under the Communist Youth League), grassroots organizations three young talent information database the relevant information collection system, and gradually establish the city39。s propaganda and ideological work ability, unity To guide the majority of members of the youth to achieve the 11th FiveYear planning tasks, the overall construction of a welloff society, building a socialist harmonious society to make new , adhere to the Three Represents important thought and Scientific Outlook on Development education to guide the youth, to further strengthen the ideological and political education of youth(a) armed with youth science theory.
