【正文】 日 實(shí)習(xí)地點(diǎn)：河北省張家口市 實(shí)習(xí)單位：張家口星巢裝飾工程有限公司 實(shí)習(xí)部門：設(shè)計(jì)部 實(shí)習(xí)內(nèi)容——室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)： （1） 查閱資料、案例，熟悉工作內(nèi)容 （2） 學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)書籍資料及材料基本知識(shí)，學(xué)習(xí)軟件，繪制效果圖 （3） 掌握設(shè)計(jì)流程，對(duì)市場(chǎng)、客戶需求有所了解 （4） 學(xué)習(xí)項(xiàng)目方案編寫 二、實(shí)習(xí)目的 社會(huì)實(shí)踐是進(jìn)行自我能力培養(yǎng)，以及提升自己的一個(gè)重要方式。在做東西的時(shí)候確實(shí)也一如既往的遇上問(wèn)題但是經(jīng)過(guò)老師的指點(diǎn)很快也就明白了下來(lái)，而且在這里學(xué)到了很多以前都沒有學(xué)到的東西，比如在做一個(gè)模型的時(shí)候帶我的師傅用的方法，雖然最終的效果是達(dá)到一樣的但是使用起來(lái)就是快的多，這樣讓我明白了什么是工作效率，在行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)當(dāng)中如果你的效率跟不上別人在本行業(yè)中也是一樣很難有立足之地的。在公司的實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)程中，還接觸到了很多專業(yè)方面的東西，我知道計(jì)算機(jī)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)是將來(lái)的工具，在學(xué)好本專業(yè)的前提下，我對(duì)計(jì)算機(jī)產(chǎn)生了巨大的興趣并閱讀了大量有關(guān)書籍，經(jīng)過(guò)一陣時(shí)間的產(chǎn)品資料的熟悉，開始實(shí)際的操作Photoshop， Rhino，CAD，3D等專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)軟件，在老員工的指導(dǎo)下，使我的電路繪圖更加快捷順手。難以實(shí)現(xiàn)的就要盡早舍棄，主要是考慮絕大多數(shù)的生活及其需要配備的設(shè)施，重點(diǎn)又在于其中對(duì)生活質(zhì)量至關(guān)重要的部分（比如主人自用的衛(wèi)浴、餐廚）。項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)行當(dāng)中，還涉及到材料的購(gòu)買，需要進(jìn)行詢價(jià)，報(bào)價(jià)，議價(jià)等實(shí)際操作，且公司經(jīng)常有產(chǎn)品發(fā)出，因此也接觸到了相關(guān)的合同、發(fā)票和其他的單據(jù)，這些單據(jù)大大加強(qiáng)了我的實(shí)踐操作能力，也讓我對(duì)如何填寫這類單據(jù)有了進(jìn)一步的認(rèn)識(shí)。進(jìn)一步拓寬我們所學(xué)的專業(yè)知識(shí)和視野，學(xué)到了很多在學(xué)校和書本上學(xué)不到的知識(shí)。這次實(shí)習(xí)豐富了我在這方面的知識(shí)，使我向更深的層次邁進(jìn)，對(duì)我在今后的社會(huì)當(dāng)中立足有一定的促進(jìn)作用，但我也認(rèn)識(shí)到，要想做好這方面的工作單靠這這幾天的實(shí)習(xí)是不行的，還需要我在平時(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)和工作中一點(diǎn)一點(diǎn)的積累，不斷豐富自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)才行。 這次實(shí)習(xí)主要是為了我們今后在工作及業(yè)務(wù)上能力的提高起到了促進(jìn)的作用，增強(qiáng)了我們今后的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，為我們能在以后立足增添了一塊基石。這兩個(gè)月，在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事們的悉心關(guān)懷和指導(dǎo)下，通過(guò)我自身的不懈努力，我學(xué)到了人生難得的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和社會(huì)見識(shí)。在這兩個(gè)月的實(shí)習(xí)工作中給我最大的感觸就是：我們?cè)趯W(xué)校學(xué)到了很多的理論知識(shí)，但很少用于社會(huì)實(shí)踐中，這樣理論和實(shí)踐就大大的脫節(jié)了，以至于在以后的學(xué)習(xí)和生活中找不到方向，無(wú)法學(xué)以致用。通過(guò)這些工作條例的學(xué)習(xí)使我進(jìn)一步加深了對(duì)各項(xiàng)工作的理解，可以求真務(wù)實(shí)的開展各項(xiàng)工作。為使自己盡快熟悉工作，進(jìn)入角色，我一方面抓緊時(shí)間查看相關(guān)資料，熟悉自己的工作職責(zé)，另一方面我虛心向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、同事請(qǐng)教使自己對(duì)工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)崗位工作的情況有了一個(gè)比較系統(tǒng)、全面的認(rèn)知和了解。 從大學(xué)校門跨入到工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)崗位工作崗位，一開始我難以適應(yīng)角色的轉(zhuǎn)變，不能發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，從而解決問(wèn)題，認(rèn)為沒有多少事情可以做，我就有一點(diǎn)失望，開始的熱情有點(diǎn)消退，完全找不到方向。 在工作間能得到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的充分信任，并在按時(shí)完成上級(jí)分配給我的各項(xiàng)工作的同時(shí)，還能積極主動(dòng)地協(xié)助其他同事處理一些內(nèi)務(wù)工作。沒有共同進(jìn)步，相互合作，團(tuán)隊(duì)如同一盤散沙。但工作團(tuán)體主要是把工作目標(biāo)分解到個(gè)人，其本質(zhì)上是注重個(gè)人目標(biāo)和責(zé)任，工作團(tuán)體目標(biāo)只是個(gè)人目標(biāo)的簡(jiǎn)單總和，工作團(tuán)體的成員不會(huì)為超出自己義務(wù)范圍的結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé)，也不會(huì)嘗試那種因?yàn)槎嗝蓡T共同工作而帶來(lái)的增值效應(yīng)。 。在工作中任勞任怨力爭(zhēng)“沒有最好只有更好”。s leadership and team building(a) to strengthen the league39。 guiding organizations at various levels generally established the young talent database, construction of city, county (directly under the Communist Youth League), grassroots organizations three young talent information database the relevant information collection system, and gradually establish the city39。s propaganda and ideological work ability, unity To guide the majority of members of the youth to achieve the 11th FiveYear planning tasks, the overall construction of a welloff society, building a socialist harmonious society to make new , adhere to the Three Represents important thought and Scientific Outlook on Development education to guide the youth, to further strengthen the ideological and political education of youth(a) armed with youth science theory.
