性變形。【關(guān)鍵詞】:鈦合金;材料特性;刀具材料;數(shù)控加工參數(shù)Study of NC Machining Technical of Titanium Alloy Box Abstract:Proposed technical problem of the difficulttomachine property of titanium alloys and NC processing parameter section, trials generalize and selectived preference on NC machining parameter,NC Programming techniques,tool material and parameter,the NC processing method is used of slowspeed of revolution,rapid approach,minimum cutting output and coated carbides,realized partrequirement of processing words:titanium alloy;material characteristics;tool material;NC processing parameter隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,鈦合金不僅在空間技術(shù)、海洋技術(shù)等領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用,且在民用鈦方面的應(yīng)用也越來(lái)越多,而其難加工的特性在一定程度上又制約了其發(fā)展,特別是對(duì)加工刀具提出了非常苛刻的要求。1鈦合金材料的特性鈦合金材料屬不易加工材料,刀具的選用、刀具路徑、加工參數(shù)的匹配性不當(dāng),就會(huì)加劇刀具磨損,產(chǎn)生高溫及應(yīng)力變形,材料表面還會(huì)產(chǎn)生碳化,直接影響零件的加工和各項(xiàng)精度保證。如常用的(α+β)鈦合金的σb=1 010~1 177 MPa,密度ρ=41 315 g/cm3,比強(qiáng)度σb/ρ比合金鋼高。鈦合金以其優(yōu)良的性能,為星載機(jī)載雷
