【正文】 校的優(yōu)勢。 二、課程建設的內容 ? 1. 在以往推拿學科系列雙語 (英語 )教學課程建設（一）、（二）的基礎上，繼續(xù)開展推拿學科系列雙語 (英語 )教學課程（三） ―――― 推拿臨床雙語(英語 )查房教學課程的建設，使推拿學科系列的雙語教學更顯系統(tǒng)化和連續(xù)性。 ? 2．從臨床實際運用和學生能力培養(yǎng)視角出發(fā)，選擇推拿臨床的常見病 ――― 腰椎間盤突出癥和頸椎病為典型病例進行雙語教學，起到以點帶面的效果。 四、建設中采取的措施 ? 1. 前期的準備工作 主要是相關文獻的回顧，查閱和分析有關的雙語教學文件，著重了解臨床雙語查房教學課程的性質及重要性、并制定合適的課時數(shù)。 五、目前完成情況 ? (4) 已對 2022級針灸推拿專業(yè)（七年制外向型）及部分其他七年制專業(yè)學生完成了用雙語 (英語 )對頸椎病的病史、癥狀、體征、影像學檢查、診斷、鑒別診斷、推拿治療、調護、國內外研究進展等進行臨床查房教學工作，并也完成了該病臨床病史的英語書寫樣本； ? (5) 已完成了編寫頸椎病的臨床雙語查房教學資料片的雙語拍攝劇本 Example of case history ? History of present illness (HPT):The patient has a history of longterm and repeated lumbago for ten one month ago,he sprained his lumbus because of carrying heavythings, after that he was unable to sit up or turn over on bed. Then the stabbing pain is gradually felt radiating to the right limb, and the radiating pain bees worse when the abdominal pressure is increased during coughing or patient cannot stand and walk for a relatively long time. The stabbing pain in the lumbaus which occurs at a fixed location. He likes to lie on the normal side,and the affected lower limb is often consulted the doctor in a local clinic and the Xray showed that the disc problem was between L5 and S1,and he took some painkilling the symptoms has alleveited a he es to our hospital for an examination.
