According to Foundation plicated surrounding environment, difference of soil and the feasibility of construction designated segments of six calculated to experiment of local analogous engineering and account method providing by various rules while designing and accounting , each design coefficient was content with the requirement of stability and deformation. According to foundation engineering hydrogeology conditions, determine the sand and gravel layer waterproof curtain, consider economic and the effect of sealing under the two conditions to determine the foundation application of high pressure spraying waterproof curtain to the requirement of erector, the author established a detail and scientific construction anization total construction cost of the project budget is yuan ,the unit construction cost of the project budget is yuan per square meter.Key words: foundation pit
