【正文】 ognizes and pays the following holidays: 元旦 1天 New Year39。 “Request for Leave” (not including sick leave) form must be sent to HR department for record ahead of leave. “Request for Sick Leave” form must be sent to HR department for record within one day of working, or will be considered to be absent from work. 敏視達(dá)公司要求所有員工正點(diǎn)上班，高質(zhì)量完成自己的任務(wù)。某外企假期規(guī)定 該請(qǐng)假政策適用于公司所有的中方正式員工，這一政策對(duì)員工請(qǐng)假提供了政策依據(jù)。如果員工的行為影響了工作，敏視達(dá)公司將給予紀(jì)律處分，這些處分包括但不限于：警告、停職、解雇。s Day one working day 國(guó)際勞動(dòng)節(jié) 3天 Labor Day three working days 春節(jié) 3天 China Spring Festival three working days 中國(guó)國(guó)慶節(jié) 3天 China National Day three working days 圣誕節(jié) 1天 Christmas Day one working day 以上假期是帶薪的，如果假日在星期六或星期日，將按照政府的公告執(zhí)行。 All staves are requested to take their annual leave entitlement during each calendar year. 未休完的假期可以延至次年的三月，否則視為作廢。 According to the pany operation and staff’s going, annual leave will be designated and staff should accept it. 年假休假必須以半天為單位。 If total sick days exceed 20 days, medical treatment period of the staff will start.
