【正文】 stem for civil aviation maintenance engineering capability has been established. Based on the construction principle of the indicator system and considered from the human resources, the substance resources, the information technology resources, the management resources as well as the maintenance category, this paper has formulated the target evaluation criteria, which laid the foundation for a deeper research in the future. 2 The data cleaning technology and preprocessing techniques has been studied. The quality of data and unification of target influence the result and reliability of evaluation, but the data cleaning technology and preprocessing techniques guarantee it. 3 The GRA prehensive evaluation model bining AHP and DS evidence theory was constructed. Considering the impact of target weight on evaluation, the DS evidence theory helped to depress the uncertainty of the target weight based on AHP. Afterwards, the grey relational prehensive evaluation method was used to clear the differences between the evaluation object and the reference object as well as room need to be improved. 4 Established evaluation system of maintenance management with a core of maintenance engineering capability evaluation, and the example showed the prehensive evaluation model is effective. Based on the B/S structure, this system created target system dynamic and reflected the condition itself in time. The system can be expanded to other evaluation field.
