And this proposal is special for **** (Huizhou) LTD 10t/h desalted water system. 本投標文件是依據(jù)北京 ****工程技術(shù)有限公司提供的 X7600《 除鹽水系統(tǒng)請購單 》 編制 , 適合于 ****有限 公司 10t/h 脫鹽水系統(tǒng) 。根據(jù)水質(zhì)特點和招標文件要求,遵循工藝技術(shù)先進,運行安全可靠,節(jié)能、節(jié)水、環(huán)保,保證系統(tǒng)能長期穩(wěn)定運行10t/h 脫鹽水系統(tǒng) 3 的原則,確定本套系統(tǒng)主工藝為:砂過濾器 +活性炭過濾器 +兩級反滲透。 全套系統(tǒng)采用 PLC 自動控制,含 DP 接口,可實現(xiàn)全自動控制和遠程監(jiān)測DCS 控制。S/cm Quantities 設(shè)備套數(shù) : 1 set 套 DI water quality 脫鹽水水質(zhì) According to the GB/T66822020 Water for analytical laboratory useSpecification and test methods, we need the desalted water of class III as our water quality for our desalted water. PH , conductivity at 25℃ 5181。S/cm ( max) Appearance 表觀: clear colorless liquid 無色 Oxidizable matter 可氧化物質(zhì) mg/L Residue 蒸發(fā)殘渣 2mg/L. 10t/h 脫鹽水系統(tǒng) 7 四、 Design amp。 本系統(tǒng)根據(jù)進水水質(zhì)及出水要求進行專門設(shè)計。 proposal design idea 方案設(shè)計思路 The treatment process, sand filter amp。反滲透可降低水的含鹽量和電導(dǎo)率,使出水水質(zhì)符合要求。 為了保證反滲透系統(tǒng)正常運行,需定期對預(yù)處理系統(tǒng)出水水質(zhì)進行檢測,檢測水樣從碳濾器產(chǎn)水總管采集,采用人工檢測,檢測頻率初定為一天兩次,主要檢測指標為 SDI值。根據(jù)招標書要求,原水箱容積為 15m3,材質(zhì)為 PE, 為了便于控制,原水箱配液位開關(guān)。 (3) Dosing system 加藥系統(tǒng) The system is equipmented with coagulant dosing and bactericide dosing system here. 10t/h 脫鹽水系統(tǒng) 16 Through coagulant dosing system, coagulants will add into the raw water to congregate the suspended solid, anic pound, colloid, etc to prove filtration efficiency. The impurity such as suspended solid, colloid generally be of homo electric charge, which made them exclude each other and hard to congregate. coagulant is kind of long chain macromolecule. It can neutralize the doubleelectric layer of colloid and counteract heterogeneous group as well as adsorb the suspended solid, anic pound, colloid and congregate them to big objects and then removed by sand filter. Scale inhibitor will be adding into the water before entering the 1st pass RO security 10t/h 脫鹽水系統(tǒng) 24 filter. The filtrated water will be pressurized by high pressure pump and feeding to 1st RO. The outlet water of 1st pass RO will be of low of pH and with a quantity of carbon dioxide. NaOH will be dosing to 1st pass RO outlet water to wipe off the carbon dioxide and acmodate the pH value. Then the acmodated water feed into 2nd pass RO by 2nd pass high pressure pump. After the 2nd pass RO treatment, the DI water will collected in the DI water tank and then boost up to the user. The online flow meter and conductivity meter is available on the outlet pipe of to ensure the satisfaction of water quality and quantity which is visible on the display of PLC. 活性炭過濾器的產(chǎn)水收集在中間水箱,由一級 RO 供水泵提供給反滲透系統(tǒng),活性炭過濾器產(chǎn)水經(jīng)一級 RO 供水泵加壓,加入阻垢劑,進入一級 RO 保安過濾器,經(jīng)過濾的水由一級高壓泵升壓,使其滿足一級反滲透裝置的操作壓力,然后送入一級反滲透膜裝置,一級反滲透的產(chǎn)水由于 PH 值較低,水中可能帶有部分二氧化碳氣體,因此,一級 RO 產(chǎn)水需加入 NaOH 調(diào)節(jié)其 PH 值,去除水中的二氧化碳,一級 RO 產(chǎn)水直接由二級 RO 高壓泵加壓后,供給二級 RO 系統(tǒng)處理,經(jīng)過兩級反滲透處理后的脫鹽水,收集在脫鹽水箱中,由脫鹽水供水泵供用水點使用。 一級 RO 供水泵參數(shù)如下: 流量: 揚程: 30m 功率: 3KW 10t/h 脫鹽水系統(tǒng) 26 材質(zhì): SS304 數(shù)量: 2 臺 ( 1 用 1 備) ( 2) Scale inhibitor dosing set 阻垢劑加藥裝置 To avoid the chemical scaling of RO concentrated water side especially the last one membrane element bring by high recovery rate, scale inhibitor will be added into the water before feeding to RO set to protect the membrane from performance infection. BWA high efficiency scale inhibitor is used in this system. As a king of dispersant masking agent, it has the points as follows: ★ High scaling efficiency: It can keep the system from scaling within LSI value (maximum allowable value) without acid. ★ The main ponent small phosphorus anic pounds are chemical steady in water, and won’t change into nutrimental phosphate.
