And this proposal is special for **** (Huizhou) LTD 10t/h desalted water system. 本投標文件是依據(jù)北京 ****工程技術(shù)有限公司提供的 X7600《 除鹽水系統(tǒng)請購單 》 編制 ， 適合于 ****有限 公司 10t/h 脫鹽水系統(tǒng) 。 **** is trusted by **** (Huizhou) LTD to carriy out works of this 10t/h desalted water system to supply eligible DI water for industry production. 本項目是北京 ****工程技術(shù)有限公司 受 ****有限公司 的委托，承擔(dān)本 10t/h 脫鹽水系統(tǒng)，主要是為生產(chǎn)提供脫鹽水。 The raw water is municipal tap water. The water quality is detailed in sheet 1: raw water quality. The totally output of desalt water will be 10t/h. According to raw water quality and Requisition requirement, the main process of DI system is ensured as below: Quartz sand fiter+active carbon filter+two pass sand fiter, active carbon filter, two pass RO are main advance, safety and reliable running, wateramp。energy saving are considered seriously in this proposal. 該脫鹽水系統(tǒng)的源水采用 市政自來水 , 其水質(zhì) 詳見水質(zhì)報告 ，原水經(jīng)過脫鹽水系統(tǒng)處理，最終脫鹽水產(chǎn)水量達到 10t/h。根據(jù)水質(zhì)特點和招標文件要求，遵循工藝技術(shù)先進，運行安全可靠，節(jié)能、節(jié)水、環(huán)保，保證系統(tǒng)能長期穩(wěn)定運行10t/h 脫鹽水系統(tǒng) 3 的原則，確定本套系統(tǒng)主工藝為：砂過濾器 +活性炭過濾器 +兩級反滲透。整套系統(tǒng)設(shè)計以砂過濾器、活性炭過濾器、反滲透為主要處理設(shè)備。 Sand filter can reduce the turbidity, and active carbon filter shall absorb the residual turbidity and anic matters to make sure the pretreated water satisfy RO set where the water will be desalted and eligible water is produced. PLC control is used for whole system. DP interface is included and autocontrol, distance inspection DCS will be relized. 砂過濾器可以降低水中濁度，活性炭過濾器可以進一步吸附水中懸浮物質(zhì)和有機物，使產(chǎn)水達到反滲透的進水要求，反滲透為脫鹽系統(tǒng)，確保出水水質(zhì)達標。整套系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、占地面積小、藥劑使用量少、安全環(huán)保，是目前較為經(jīng)濟、實用的水脫鹽處理工藝。 全套系統(tǒng)采用 PLC 自動控制，含 DP 接口，可實現(xiàn)全自動控制和遠程監(jiān)測DCS 控制。 Raw water quality 原水水質(zhì) The raw water is municipal tap water.
