The quality of treated wastewater arrive at the second grade criterion that is disserted in Flotation Inner loop隨著國(guó)家環(huán)境政策的加強(qiáng)及人們環(huán)保意識(shí)的提高，許多中密度纖維板公司開(kāi)始新建或完善自己的廢水處理設(shè)施。木片在加熱軟化后，半纖維素水解成糖類(lèi)、木質(zhì)素和有機(jī)酸，故廢水一般偏酸性。江西某人造板有限公司原有廢水處理采用自然沉淀，有10m16m（H）m的沉淀池6格，沉淀后出水外排。2 處理工藝的確定 SS的去除因廢水中的纖維和木屑等懸浮物濃度較高，如果不及時(shí)去除，不僅會(huì)堵塞管道，并且會(huì)影響后續(xù)處理。再加新型復(fù)合凈水劑，才效果顯著，分層時(shí)間短。根據(jù)其對(duì)氧需求的不同，可分好氧處理和厭氧處理。厭氧處理在無(wú)氧的情況下進(jìn)行，可大大降低運(yùn)行電耗，生成的沼氣能夠回收利用，有一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。好氧利用原有沉淀池，采用接觸氧化工藝。 選用HF800型，2臺(tái)，裝在車(chē)間出口處，主要是回收廢水中大顆粒木屑及沙石等。1座，尺寸為5 m5 m（H）m，提升泵選用50WQ17253潛污泵，2臺(tái)，1用1備。1座，尺寸為
