【正文】 of yourselfI’m from Tobacco Monopoly Bureau of Chaozhou City, also know as Chaozhou Tobacco Limited Corporation in Guangdong Province, a prefecturelevel city tobacco bureau, which is under the jurisdiction of China Tobacco Corporation Guangdong branch. Founded in 1988 and in 1998 respectively, the implementation of “two name but one organized group”, along with the joint work of bureau and corporation represent the characteristic of regulations in the tobacco industry, which is “unified leadership, vertical management and monopolization”. Chaozhou Tobacco Bureau( or corporation) is the exclusive organization having the sole right to implement the centralized and unified management in the jurisdiction and is in the charge of administration of industry, law enforcement and exclusive tobacco selling. For now, our bureau has two countrylevel tobacco monopoly bureaus, namely, Chao’an, Raoping. With a view to furthering develop all work of cigarette business and monopoly management scientifically and to prompt the modernization of tobacco system in Chaozhou
