Note that when designing the bending of hole,and need to consider the to the size, materials, mass production of the product , the first part is to analysis the process of the part . so the program of blanking process and die structure has been confirmed. As a results, the workpiece need single operation dies to acplish , just like drawing die and bending mould are used to produce the parts. Then based on the process design calculations, the stock layout design can be ensured. It is needed to carry on the blanking force and the center of pressure putation, according to which the press can be choosed. Calculating the punch and die cutting edge size and tolerances, then design and selection the parts of die. During the structural design, it is mainly about the design of the punch, die, punch and die, positioning parts, unloading and ejecting devices, mold, pressing equipment, fasteners, and so on. Press need to be checked, then draw the drawings and assembly drawings of parts, finally the design has been pleted.
