In this paper, it will introduce the current status of small and medium enterprises, analyzing the problems of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises’ financing, analysis the reason of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises’ financing difficult from two aspect: their own management and imperfect of financial system. Finally, propose some policies to improve the development of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, alleviate the financing shortage of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, and promote sound and fast development of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in China.
