【正文】 告（ proposal reports）。 報(bào)告的種類很多，功能多樣，最常見的有日常報(bào)告、調(diào)查報(bào)告和可行性報(bào)告。日常報(bào)告主要用于匯報(bào)工作；調(diào)查報(bào)告向報(bào)告接收人揭示事實(shí)真相；可行性報(bào)告對(duì)各種可選方案進(jìn)行分析，提出自己的見解。 1．日常報(bào)告（ routine reports） ?日常報(bào)告是指定期或不定期地向有關(guān)部門或上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)銷售情況、生產(chǎn)情況等所做的匯報(bào)，最常見的有周報(bào)、月報(bào)、季度報(bào)告和年度報(bào)告。如果是委托公證部門在調(diào)查事實(shí)后出具的報(bào)告，那么該報(bào)告將是以后進(jìn)行索賠、理賠的有力證據(jù)。它與可行性報(bào)告有共通之處，但前者通常只提出一個(gè)方案，后者可以列舉多種方案，經(jīng)比較各自的優(yōu)點(diǎn)后再著重推出最佳方案。在文體上要正式，風(fēng)格自然 (be formal but natural) ；或者我們把商務(wù)報(bào)告的特點(diǎn)概括為： ?篇幅可長(zhǎng)可短，體例必須規(guī)范； ?內(nèi)容或繁或簡(jiǎn)，格式非常關(guān)鍵； ?題目有大有小，成敗全看語言。該部分內(nèi)容比較簡(jiǎn)短，語言也較簡(jiǎn)練，因此在翻譯商務(wù)報(bào)告的引言部分時(shí)，應(yīng)注意要用相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)練的語言表達(dá)出原文的意思。 ? 此報(bào)告的目的就是將該公司管理人員的待遇條件和跨太平洋海運(yùn)的條件進(jìn)行比較。例如下面翻譯： ? 原文： The findings are separated into nine subsections dealing with individual benefits. ? Education Allowance ? At International Airfreight expatriate staff are eligible for education allowance (either ESF or overseas educational benefits) while their local colleagues are not. However, at Transpacific Shipping, all staff receive these benefits. ? Life Insurance ?
