能化、集成化:變速器智能化、集成化是信息、電子集成技術(shù)和控制技術(shù)與變速器技術(shù)的結(jié)合。其中固定軸式又分為:兩軸式變速器,中間軸式變速器,雙中間軸式變速器,多中間軸式變速器。變速器作為汽車傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的總要組成部分,其技術(shù)的發(fā)展,是衡量汽車技術(shù)水平的一項(xiàng)總要依據(jù)。汽車行駛過程中,變速器不得有跳檔,亂檔以及換檔沖擊等現(xiàn)象發(fā)生 ; ( 7)變速器應(yīng)當(dāng)有高的工作效率 ; ( 8)變速器的工作噪聲低 。然而,汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)不能倒轉(zhuǎn)工作,因此在變速器設(shè)立倒檔。例如, 汽車在同樣的載貨量、道路、車速等條件下行時(shí),往往可掛入較高的變速器檔位,也可掛入較低的檔位工作。如汽車的載貨量、道路坡度、路面好壞以及交通情況等。 上述發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的扭矩、轉(zhuǎn)速與汽車的牽引力、車速要求之間的矛盾,靠現(xiàn)代汽車的內(nèi)燃機(jī)本身是無法解決 的。顯然,如此小的牽引力,不僅不能上坡行駛,即使在平坦的道路上也不能行駛。若需要滿載汽車在坡度為 9%的道路上等速上坡行駛,僅上坡阻力就達(dá) 4824N。但其性能與汽車的動(dòng)力性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性之間存在著較大的矛盾。變速器是汽車傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中重要的組成部分,它直接影響汽車的動(dòng)力性和燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性,是汽車的重要部件之一。我國農(nóng)村運(yùn)輸?shù)奶攸c(diǎn)是運(yùn)量小、運(yùn)距短、貨物分散、道路條件差。 gear
