【正文】 security measures is a serious distortion for free trade. According to traditional international economic theory, any distortion for free trade would damage the social welfare of the trading nations, to bring “deadweight loss” for the whole world, and this is not in accord with “symptomatic rules”. No doubt, the increasing SinoAmerican trade friction has an negative affect on the development of SinoUS economic and trade ties. How to view this phenomenon and how to cope with it have bee the mon focus of our government, academia and enterprises. What is the present state of the SinoAmerica Trade Friction, what is the reasons caused the SinoAmerican trade frictionand, what correct policies should be adopt to avoid the SinoAmerican trade friction growing. This series of problems is the key point of the study.
