【正文】 平穩(wěn)可靠、可中間多點(diǎn)裝料和卸料及操作安全、維修簡(jiǎn)便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 螺旋輸送機(jī)傳送動(dòng)裝置的課題研究意義 螺旋輸送機(jī)特點(diǎn)是密封傳動(dòng),結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單。無軸螺旋輸送機(jī)在 U 型槽內(nèi)裝有可換襯體, 結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,物料有進(jìn)料口經(jīng)螺旋推動(dòng)后由出料口輸出。應(yīng)用 Solidworks 軟件對(duì)傳動(dòng)裝置進(jìn)行 3D建模,為傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供了有價(jià)值的參數(shù)依據(jù)。電動(dòng)機(jī)、聯(lián)軸器、鍵和軸承的選擇主要通過查表并結(jié)合與其他零件的配合要求選擇,然后進(jìn)行校核計(jì)算。在齒輪的設(shè)計(jì)中詳細(xì)介紹了齒輪材料的選擇及許用應(yīng)力的確定,按齒根彎曲疲勞強(qiáng)度和齒面 彎曲疲勞強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算確定齒輪參數(shù)及主要尺寸 ,并且對(duì)齒輪進(jìn)行了校核。 關(guān)鍵詞: 螺旋輸送機(jī) 傳動(dòng)裝置 斜齒輪 solidworks ABSTRACT: In this design, I designed the plate mill of transmission device ,first it has carried on the transmission scheme selection, through the selected transmission scheme and design of a series of transmission parts. In gear was introduced in detail in the design of the gear material selection and determination of allowable stress, calculate and determine the gear parameters is designed according to the tooth root bending fatigue strength and main dimensions. Followed by designing of shaft, and determine the size of the ladder shaft, the shaft, bearing, key and coupling for checking. Finally it has carried on the design to the shape of the reducer. Application of Solidworks software modeling technology, realizing the threedimensional modelling and main reducer parts modeling, to plete the 3 d modeling of the machine, for the structure of transmission system design provides valuable parameter basis.
