The project is the multiple–use building airconditioning engineering design .The building is a prehensive building, The total building area is 11020 ㎡ ,but the airconditioning area is 7461 ㎡ .There are 14 floors of the building. The first floor is for Business hall/restaurant / dietkitchen / Worker activity center which height of the first floor is about meters. Other layers of the building are meters high .The sixth to eleventh layers is for office. And the thirteenth/fourteenth layers are for guest room. The ground floor is for garage /refrigerating station / Electric control room / pump house and so on. The main content of this design includes the load putation, the amount determination of new wind, the air treating processes design, the suppose counts with the putation of air current anization, the equipment shaping, the water power putation of aqueous system and the wind system, the systems control plan and so on. The total cooling load of this design is ,and thermal load is ..In summer, we use steam doubleeffect LiBr absorption chiller unit, whose size is SXZ635DH2 , as a cold source. In winter, we use vapor pipe work of city as a source. We use a steamwater changer named office and the standards room, such as small space we use the fan coil and new wind systems, There is one new air unit each layers so that fresh air can be into the indoor and fancoil bears the indoor cooling load. Fancoil and fresh air independently supply into room. As for the Business hall and restaurant, such as larger room, more staff, the drop ceiling air conditioning unit to be adopted. For the different types of rooms, the room is not the same as hot and cold load can be individual rooms’ regulation. The ventilation of garage is well by bowing in the middle and exhausting besides the wall.
