The role of hot gas is heat blast to the requirements temperature. It is based on regenerative principle of the work of the heat exchanger, that is, burning brick lattice after the first heating with gas, and then heating the air through the redhot brick lattice and then sent it out. In order to ensure continuous large number of hightemperature air to the blast furnace, each is equipped with BF 3 to 4 alternating to burn and send air. Hot stove is the repeated process of burning, stuffy furnace, air, stuffy furnace and bustion duplication. In this paper, the corresponding temperature, pressure measurement and control system is designed in accordance with the characteristics of parameter changes and the requirements of control. In the process of designing the control system of the stove, the advanced technology and advanced experience in automation instrument of stoves of the same type home and abroad is adopted to make a pletely new design to the detection of stove and automatic control system. The monitoring program takes use of MCGS configuration software and performs realtime dynamic display.
